Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assemble First Frame Section

Step 2: Connect Frame Sections
Take one of the assembled frame sections from Step 1. Align the open end of Part A with the corresponding holes on a new Part B. Insert two Part S screws and tighten them. - Your new Zinus product is covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, commencing on the original date of purchase. A valid original sales receipt is mandatory for all warranty claims. This warranty applies solely to the product itself and does not cover any mattress or other items placed upon it.
- Manufacturing defects are defined as circumstances where the product breaks under normal use and can no longer provide adequate support for your mattress. Adequate support is characterized by a smooth, flat, and rigid surface. If you encounter a manufacturing defect, cease using the product immediately and contact Zinus Customer Service. Minor issues, such as a few loose short metal welds occurring during transit or normal use, are not considered manufacturing defects unless five or more welds are loose at the time of purchase. Zinus is not responsible for issues arising from improper assembly by the consumer.
- This warranty is valid only when the product has been properly used by consumers who purchased it as a new item from authorized dealers. Proper use includes placing the product on a level surface where all legs make firm contact with the floor, ensuring an equal distribution of weight. Abuse of the product, as defined by the manufacturer, will void this warranty. This warranty does not obligate Zinus to replace parts that are not defective.
- In cases of product failure due to manufacturing defects, Zinus will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product. Zinus reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models for replacements and does not guarantee that any replacement part will precisely match the original piece or product.
- Should the product require inspection by the manufacturer to validate a warranty claim, the consumer is responsible for all transportation or removal costs associated with the inspection process.
