How to Claim Your Cashback
To ensure your cashback application for your new Canon imagePROGRAF large format printer is processed quickly according to the current terms and conditions, please complete the information below and send it to canon.cashback@cadvertising.de.
1. Necessary Information
- Include your email signature with all contact details.
- Attach the invoice for your new imagePROGRAF from your Canon dealer as a PDF.
- Upload a high-resolution image of the back of your old device's rating plate in PNG or JPG format. Ensure the model name and serial number are clearly legible.
2. Please submit the following information completely:
- Canon dealer
- Date of the purchase contract
- Model and serial number of the new imagePROGRAF
- Manufacturer and model of the old device – Photo and proof of ownership of the old system are required for Trade-In AND Cashback
- Serial number of the old device
- Your (Company) Name, Address, and Contact Person
- Your phone number for inquiries
- Account holder
- IBAN for the credit

Promotion Details and Eligibility
This promotion is valid for end consumers and businesses with their registered office in Germany when purchasing the Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1100 large format printing system during the promotional period from July 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025, within Germany. Cashback is exclusively for end customers of authorized LFP partners and is strictly linked to the B2B article number 6856C011AA. The cashback discount applied to the purchase includes statutory value-added tax. The payment recipient will receive a corresponding credit from the executing entity. Wholesalers and resellers are excluded from the promotion and may not submit applications on behalf of their customers. Credit to the account is only granted to customers who meet the participation requirements.
The participating person or company must provide a valid invoice for the purchase of the eligible product, which complies with the requirements of the Value Added Tax Act and includes a German tax number. The system must have been purchased in Germany, from a dealer based in Germany, or through Canon Deutschland's direct sales. A delivery note, a sales platform confirmation, or a simple receipt are not sufficient proof. No cash payment or check will be issued. The invoice and payment recipient for the cashback rebate must be identical. To participate in the cashback promotion, you will also need the serial number and a photo of the old system, as well as proof of ownership (invoice/service contract, etc.).
The following old systems are eligible for the cashback promotion for the imagePROGRAF PRO-1100: Canon iPF 5X00, IPF PRO-1000, Epson (17 inch) SP 4450, SP 4880, SP 4900, SC-P5000, SC-P800, SC-P900, SC-P5300.
If the participating person or company exchanges the product after purchase and registration, or exercises their right of return or withdrawal, or resells the product as new, the eligibility for participation will be retroactively forfeited. If the cashback rebate payment constitutes a taxable benefit, the recipient is responsible for paying the taxes. Canon does not issue receipts for paid cashback rebate amounts. Submit the purchase receipt, the photo of the serial number and the old system, and proof of ownership, contact details, and bank details of the invoice recipient for the credit by July 31, 2025, to: canon.cashback@cadvertising.de.
The purchase date determines the refund amount. Data will be processed in compliance with GDPR and used solely for the payout and processing of the cashback rebate claim, and will be deleted after the refund is issued. The cashback promotion cannot be combined with other promotions. Detailed instructions for claiming the cashback can be found on the next page.
