Step 1

Assemble the base frames.

Attach 4x adjustable feet (10099819) to the bottom of the two frame sections.

Step 2

Attach the back panel.

Two people are required to align and insert the back panel into the frame. Ensure it is correctly oriented.

Step 3

Attach side supports to the frame.

Use the Allen key (130445) to secure the side supports with 8x screws (10042206).

Step 4

Continue frame assembly.

Flip the unit. Attach the other side supports using 8x screws (10042206) and the Allen key (130445).

Step 5

Prepare the countertop.

Measure and mark drilling locations for the sink, 10cm (3" 15/16) from the edges. Drill a 10mm (0" 3/8) hole for the faucet.

Step 6

Install sink mounting hardware.

Attach the sink mounting bracket (Ø 35mm) to the countertop.

Step 7

Install the sink (BOHOLMEN).

Place the sink (BOHOLMEN) into the countertop opening. Secure the sink from underneath using 4x clips/brackets (10123892).

Step 8

Position the sink assembly.

Insert the sink assembly into the main unit frame.

Step 9

Secure the sink assembly.

Secure the sink from underneath using 4x screws (115294).

Step 10

Position the countertop.

Carefully place the countertop assembly onto the main unit frame.

Step 11

Secure the countertop.

Secure the countertop to the frame using 8x screws (10042206). The faucet is labeled KALLSJÖN.

Step 12

Assemble the sink trap.

Connect the trap to the sink outlet, ensuring a proper seal.

Step 13

Connect trap to waste pipe.

Connect the trap to the waste pipe, ensuring correct alignment.

Step 14

Connect the drain hose.

Connect the flexible drain hose to the trap. Ensure correct orientation [➡️].

Step 15

Connect drain hose to waste outlet.

Connect the other end of the flexible drain hose to the waste outlet.

Step 16

Insert drain assembly.

Insert the drain assembly into the sink outlet. Ensure a 15mm seal [ⓘ].

Step 17

Attach side panels.

Attach the side panels to the main frame using 2x screws (10042206) per panel.

Step 18

Attach bottom shelf supports.

Attach the bottom shelf supports using 2x screws (10108757).

Step 19

Attach left door.

Attach the left door using 3x screws (10042206).

Step 20

Attach right door.

Attach the right door using 2x screws (10042206).

Step 21

Continue attaching right door.

Continue attaching the right door using 2x screws (10042206).

Step 22

Attach bottom shelf.

Attach the bottom shelf using 8x screws (10042206).

Step 23

Attach hinges.

Attach hinges to the doors and frame. Use 6x screws (10102170) per hinge set.

Step 24

Attach door handles.

Attach door handles/pulls. Use 3x screws (10042206) and the base support part (10106858).

Step 25

Secure internal components.

Secure internal components or runners using 22x clips. A "Click!" sound indicates proper attachment [✔️].

Step 26

Adjust leveling feet.

Adjust the 4x leveling feet to ensure the unit is stable and level [⬆️⬇️].

Hinge Adjustment

The doors can be adjusted for proper alignment. Use a screwdriver to adjust the hinge screws as shown [➡️].
