6.2 Precautions for printing
6.2.1 Lubrication and maintenance
Regularly grease and lubricate the designated areas as shown in the diagrams.
6.2.2 Use and maintenance of flexible platform
PEI sticker + Spring steel plate:
- Features: Suitable for low-temperature printing (e.g., 45°C for PLA), energy-efficient, compatible with various filaments, smooth bottom surface, flexible for easy demolding.
- Precautions: Surface A is sensitive to oil and sweat; clean or coat with adhesive. PEI stickers can be damaged by high temperatures or forceful removal. Use adhesive for engineering materials like ABS.
Spray with PEI + Spring steel plate:
- Features: High temperature resistance, longer lifespan, compatible with various filaments, textured bottom surface, flexible for easy demolding.
- Precautions: Increase hotbed temperature by 10°C for printing. Use adhesive for engineering materials like ABS.

6.2.3 Cleaning of debris inside the chassis
- Remove the printed model from the flexible platform after cooling by bending the platform slightly. Avoid excessive bending.
- Scrape off any filament residue with a blade, exercising caution.
- If the first layer is not adhering well, apply a glue stick evenly on the platform surface.
Reminder: The printing platform is a quick-wear part. Replace it regularly to ensure good first-layer adhesion.
