User Manual via APP
To experience advanced functions, it is recommended to control the device via the Proscenic App.
1. How to Connect the Robot to the Proscenic APP
Before you begin, please ensure the following:
- The device is powered on and has sufficient power during setup.
- It is only compatible with 2.4-G networks. If your router is dual-band, please select the 2.4 GHz network.
- The Wi-Fi name and password are correct. Please do not use emoticons, special characters, or symbols.
- Keep the device and your mobile phone as close to the router as possible during connection.
1.1 APP Download and Installation
Search for the Proscenic APP in the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices).

1.2 WiFi Connection
A. Open the APP and create an account, then log in. (Please agree to the General Terms and Conditions for connection.)
B. Click 'Add Device' and select the device model.
C. Press and hold the 'Power' and 'Wi-Fi' buttons for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator light blinks.

WiFi Indicator Light
Status | Description |

Slowly flashing blue | Waiting for connection |
Rapidly flashing blue | Connecting with your wireless router |
Solid blue | Connected with your wireless router |
D. Select the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network your phone is connected to, and enter the Wi-Fi password.
E. Go to the Wi-Fi settings page and connect to the hotspot named 'Proscenic-XXX-XXXXXXX'.
F. Go back to the Proscenic APP and click 'Connect'.

2. How to Control the Device via Alexa
Before you begin, please ensure the following:
- The device is powered on and has sufficient power during setup.
- The device is already connected to the Proscenic APP. You already have an Alexa device like Amazon Echo Dot.
- The Alexa APP has been installed and connected to the Wi-Fi network.
2.1 Alexa Connection
A. Open the Proscenic APP and click 'Profile'.
B. Click 'Amazon Alexa'.
C. Click 'Sign In With Amazon', and it will take you to the Alexa APP.

D. Click 'Link', and the Proscenic Skill will be activated. You can use Alexa after authorization.

2.2 Alexa Voice Commands
- Alexa, turn <Device Name> on.
- Alexa, turn <Device Name> off.
3. How to Control the Device via Google Assistant
Before you begin, please ensure the following:
- The device is powered on and has sufficient power during setup.
- The device is already connected to the Proscenic APP.
- You already have a device like Google Home Mini.
- The Google Home APP has been installed and connected to the Wi-Fi network.
3.1 Google Assistant Connection
A. Open the Proscenic APP and click 'Profile'.
B. Click 'Google Home'.
C. Click 'Link with Google Assistant', and it will take you to the Google Assistant page.

D. Click 'Agree and link'.
E. Select the device model and click 'Next'.
F. Select your home and click 'Next'.
G. Select a room for the device and click 'Next'.

3.2 Google Assistant Voice Commands
- Ok Google, turn <Device Name> on.
- Ok Google, turn <Device Name> off.
4. Troubleshooting
The device cannot connect to Wi-Fi.
- Ensure the Wi-Fi password was entered correctly.
- Ensure the device, router, and phone are close enough for a strong signal.
- Ensure the router supports 2.4 GHz.
The device cannot be controlled via Alexa.
- Please check the mobile device's network connection.
- Ensure the device is connected to the Proscenic APP.
- Ensure the 'Proscenic' skill is enabled in the Alexa APP.
- Ensure the device is recognized in the Alexa APP.
- Ensure the correct voice commands are being used.
The device cannot be controlled via Google Assistant.
- Please check the mobile device's network connection.
- Ensure the device is connected to the Proscenic APP.
- Ensure the 'Proscenic' skill is enabled in the Google Home APP.
- Ensure the device is linked to the Google Home APP.
- Ensure the correct voice commands are being used.
5. APP Online Customer Service
For questions or suggestions, you can contact us at any time. Online customer service will respond as quickly as possible.
5.1 How to Reach APP Online Customer Service
A. Open the Proscenic APP and click the 'Support' icon (represented by a question mark).
B. Click 'Send Message'.
C. Select the desired communication method and start an Online Chat.
