- Staging: Thu, Jul. 10. Enter grass area adjacent to lower Paddock. Transporters must be in staging area no later than one hour prior to scheduled load-in time of 9:30 am.
- Load-In: Transporter drivers must be at trucks and monitoring CB channel 40 no later than 30 minutes prior to scheduled load-in time. Proper credentials required.
- Load-Out: Transporters must not move in Paddock until 6:00 pm, Sun, Jul. 13. Vacate by Mon, Jul. 14 at 5:00 pm.
IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge Supplementary Regulations

IMSA Requirements - Annual access stickers issued by IMSA. One (1) 3-or-more-wheeled support vehicle per entered Car allowed in Paddock. Additional support vehicle permitted per car. IWSC Non-GTP IMPC, LST, PCCNA and MC and all other Teams permitted one (1) additional support vehicle in pit lane.

Facility Restrictions
Paddock open 24 hours. Quiet hours 11:00 pm - 8:00 am. Turn off all music and generators. Pets permitted on leash. Unlicensed vehicles prohibited outside Paddock. Camping prohibited in Paddock. Speed limit 15KPH in camping areas. Stay on roads, not off sand hills.
Additional Trailers
Teams with trailers outside permitted Paddock allowance may be granted short timeframe to enter adjacent area to offload equipment. Specific timing determined by IMSA Logistics. Equipment must not be set up until respective Series' officially published setup time commences. Additional trailers must exit offloading area and park in designated area outside Paddock. Re-entry for loading only after Event conclusion. Teams planning additional trailers must contact IMSA Logistics and Series Manager to declare intent and provide specifics by EoD Thu, Jul. 3. Late declarations not accommodated.
Radio License Info
All US based Teams must acquire a Short Term Radio License from Industry Canada. Information at imsacompetitors.com.
Parking Procedure
IMSA Annual Parking Passes accepted for infield parking. Enter through tunnel, bear right to competitor lot. Violators towed at owner/operator's expense.
Canadian Taxes
Canada has GST on many items. Americans visiting Canada can keep receipts and file a claim for reimbursement. Refund applications (Form GST176) available from Canada Customs and Revenue Agency.
Helicopter
Canadian law prohibits dedicated placement of an on-site medical response helicopter.

Directions: 1. Proceed to main thoroughfare and continue to Pit Lane Structure. 2. Turn Drivers' Left at end of Pit Lane Structure. 3. Enter False Grid (red shaded area). 4. Exit False Grid and make U-Turn onto Pit Lane.
