Installation Steps

Step 1: Install Mounting Brackets
Follow Figures 1-4 to install the mounting brackets to the vehicle. Hand-tighten all hardware at this stage.
Figure 1 Description: Insert the provided Bolt Plate (10mm x 35mm) into the designated hole on the vehicle's frame, then attach the Plastic Retainer (10mm). Repeat this process for both sides of the vehicle.
Figure 2 Description: On both sides of the vehicle, locate and remove the two original bolts from the frame, indicated by an arrow. Set these removed bolts aside, as they will be reused later in the installation.
Figure 3 Description: Attach the Mounting Bracket (Driver/Left or Passenger/Right) to the installed Bolt Plate. The assembly requires one Bolt Plate, one Plastic Retainer, one 10mm Lock Washer, one 10mm Flat Washer, and one 10mm Hex Nut.
Figure 4 Description: Complete the installation of the Mounting Brackets by utilizing the vehicle's original equipment (OEM) hardware, as shown in the illustration. This secures the bracket to the vehicle frame.

Step 2: Install Bull Bar
Follow Figure 5 to attach the Bull Bar to the previously installed Mounting Brackets. Before proceeding, remove the front license plate and set it aside. Once the Bull Bar is secured to the Mounting Brackets, ensure it is level and centered. Finally, tighten all hardware.
Figure 5 Description: Mount the Bull Bar onto the vehicle's Mounting Brackets. This connection is made using two 12mm Hex Bolts, two 12mm Flat Washers, and one 12mm Hex Nut per side.

Step 3: Relocate License Plate
Follow Figures 6-7 to relocate the license plate.
Figure 6 Description: Install the License Plate Bracket to the vehicle as illustrated. This bracket is secured to the vehicle frame using one 6mm Button Head Combo Bolt.
Figure 7 Description: Attach the license plate to the License Plate Bracket using the provided plastic plugs, aligning them with the indicated holes on the bracket.

Step 4: Final Checks
The installation is now complete. Verify that the mounting brackets are level and securely fastened. Ensure the Bull Bar is properly centered on the vehicle. Periodically inspect the installation to confirm all hardware remains secure and tight.
