System Overview
Indoor Monitor Front Panel
Features a touch screen. A white LED indicates the operating status. A red LED indicates the DND (Do Not Disturb) status.
Indoor Monitor Rear Panel
Includes a microphone, heat dissipation holes, speaker, device interface, and mounting bracket slot.
Outdoor Doorbell Unit

Wiring and Installation
Wiring Connection Notes
External power supplies for electric locks, CCTV cameras, and extensions are not included and must be purchased separately. The standard system supports Normally Open (N.A.) door locks, meaning the clean contact is open in its normal state, keeping the lock constantly closed. Pressing the unlock button closes the contact, releasing the lock.
Ensure the power input (DC IN) is correct when connecting an external switching power supply to avoid damaging the device. Disconnect the DC power plug before installation.
Wiring Connections
A. Wired connection between outdoor doorbell and indoor monitor:
Connections typically include Power+, Video, Audio, GND for both units.
B. Electrical connection between indoor monitors:
Connections typically include Data, Video, Audio, GND for inter-monitor communication.
Ensure correct PCB markings are followed to avoid incorrect connections. Cable quality and type significantly impact performance.
Cable Length Recommendations:
- Ordinary non-shielded 4C cable: ≤28m (4*0.2mm²), ≤50m (4*0.3mm²), ≤80m (4*0.5mm²)
- Standard non-shielded cable + 3C video cable (RG-59): ≤100 meters
- Category 5 network cable (not recommended): ≤50 meters (unshielded)
If the distance between the outdoor unit and indoor monitor is excessive (over 50-60m), ensure the outdoor unit's input voltage reaches 11V.
Installation Guide
How to Install the Indoor Monitor
- Keep away from strong radiation sources (TV, DVR).
- Do not disassemble privately to avoid electric shock.
- Avoid dropping, shaking, or bumping the device.
- Choose an optimal installation location.
- Turn off power before installation.
- Maintain a distance of over 30 cm from AC power sources to prevent interference.
- Keep away from water, magnetic fields, and chemicals.
Installation involves mounting a bracket using screws and connecting cables.
How to Install the Outdoor Doorbell Unit
- Do not expose the camera to intense light or direct sunlight.
- Avoid environments with high temperature, humidity, dust, or corrosive chemicals.
- Install at eye level for optimal user experience.
- Avoid installation near strong radiation sources like AC motors or elevators.
- Maintenance should be performed by qualified technicians.
- Avoid strong impacts or collisions.
- Turn off power before installation.
- Maintain a distance of over 30 cm from AC power sources to prevent interference.
- Keep away from water and magnetic fields.
Installation involves drilling holes, inserting anchors, mounting the rain cover, attaching the doorbell, and securing it with screws.
RFID Card Operation
The system uses master cards (Add/Delete) for quick setup. RFID cards included are pre-programmed for door access.
RFID Card Usage
Swipe an unlock card for about 1 second for Lock1 (one or two beeps). Swipe for about 3 seconds for Lock2 (three or four beeps).
Adding/Deleting RFID Cards:
- Swipe the 'Add' master card (four beeps).
- Swipe new cards one by one (one beep per card). Wait 10 seconds for confirmation (long beep).
- To delete, swipe the 'Delete' master card (one beep), then swipe any added unlock card (four beeps). This erases all added cards but keeps master cards.
Resetting Master and Unlock Cards
If master cards are lost or damaged, they can be reset. Press the SET button on the outdoor unit (six beeps). Swipe the first unlock card (one beep) to set it as the 'Delete' master card. Swipe the second card (long beep) to set it as the 'Add' master card.
Notes:
- The SET button function times out after 10 seconds of inactivity.
- The system supports up to 102 cards: 1 'Add' master, 1 'Delete' master, and 100 unlock cards.
System Connection Diagram
The system supports multiple indoor monitors. One monitor must be set as the 'Maestro' (Master), and others as 'Schiavo' (Slave). This is configured in the Device menu. Master ID is typically 01, Slave IDs are 02-06.
Connections are shown between Maestro and Slave units, and to Door1/Door2 and Alarm/Camera inputs.
Electrical Diagram
The diagram illustrates the wiring for the Maestro and Slave units, including connections for DC power, locks (NC/NO), cameras, and alarms. It shows how to connect external power supplies.
Lock Connection Notes
- The doorbell supports locks up to 30V.
- Lock power supply voltage must match the lock's requirement (e.g., 12V for a 12V lock).
- Ensure the voltage reaching the outdoor unit is at least 11V during unlocking.
Visitor Call and Monitoring
Visitor Call Flow
- Visitor presses the call button on the outdoor unit.
- Indoor monitor rings (Ding Dong tone for 30 seconds).
- Visitor's image appears on the indoor monitor screen.
- Press the 'Talk' button on the indoor monitor to initiate a conversation.
- Press the 'Unlock' button to open the door lock.
- Press the 'Hang Up' button to end the call.
Notes:
- If both doorbells are called simultaneously, the first one pressed takes priority.
- If no one answers, the outdoor unit returns to standby after 60 seconds.
- The monitor remains active for 20 seconds after the call to confirm entry.
- With an SD card, the system can record video or take snapshots during calls.
- In monitoring mode, you can view the doorbell feed and initiate a conversation or unlock the door.
