Earbuds do not sync with each other:
- Place both earbuds in the charging case, then remove them to ensure they are powered on.
- On each earbud, press and hold the control surface for 5 seconds. The earbud will power off after its LED flashes purple 3 times.
- Return the earbuds to the charging case.
- Repeat the Getting Started process.
Earbuds do not pair to device:
- Turn off the earbuds by pressing the control surface on each until the LED blinks red and then turns off.
- Place the earbuds back in the case. Turn your device's Bluetooth® off, then turn it back on. Repeat the pairing process.
Charging
- Place the earbuds inside the charging case.
- Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port located at the bottom of the charge case.
- Plug the cable into a standard USB power source rated at 5V/1A or higher.
When the case is connected to a charger, the LED display will show the current charge level with blinking lights, indicating it is charging.
The indicator lights on the earbuds will glow solid red while charging. These lights will turn off once the earbuds are fully charged or if the case is disconnected from the power source.
The case's LED display will show "100" and stop blinking upon full charge.
