Safety and Usage Instructions

Important Safety Precautions:

• Before using the SVAKOM Alex Neo, please fully charge the device and clean it thoroughly.
• Use a mild, unscented soap and clean warm water for cleaning. Gently wipe dry with a towel or soft cloth.
• Do not use massage oil or hand cream as a lubricant.
• Do not use silicone-based lubricants, as they can damage the product.
• Avoid using cleaning agents containing alcohol, gasoline, or acetone.
• Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or high temperatures. Store in a clean, dry place away from other plastic products.

Battery Maintenance:

• This product uses rechargeable batteries. For optimal performance, charge and discharge the battery fully two to three times.
• The battery can be charged over 100 times but will eventually age.
• Disconnect the charger once the battery is fully charged to prevent overcharging, which can reduce battery life.
• Battery power will gradually deplete even when the device is off.
• Extreme temperatures (hot or cold) can reduce battery capacity and lifespan.
• Battery Warning: Improper handling or damage to the battery can cause fire, chemical burns, or explosion.
• Dispose of batteries according to local regulations and recycle them if possible. Do not attempt to remove or replace the battery yourself.

Usage Guidelines:

• ON/OFF: Press and hold the "S" button for 2 seconds to turn the device on or off. The device will vibrate for 2-3 seconds before entering standby mode, ready to connect to the app.
• Mode Switching:
  • Single-click the "S" or "" button to activate thrusting mode.
  • Single-click the "" button to cycle through 7 different thrusting modes.
  • Press and hold the "" button for 2 seconds to turn scenario modes on/off.
  • Single-click the "" button to adjust volume (3 levels).
  • Double-click the "" button to switch between 5 different scenarios.
• Status Display:
  • Active: Light is on.
  • Low Battery: Light flashes when only 1 LED is on (approx. 20% remaining).
  • Charging: Light flashes.
  • Fully Charged: Light is solid, flashing stops.
• Button Display: The device features "S", "", and "" buttons, a DC charging port, and a 3.5mm earphone port.
