The Hannes Neo is a sophisticated lifestyle product designed for enhanced pleasure. It features a detachable sleeve, heating function, intensity control, and app connectivity.
Getting Started
1. Charging
Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the charging cable to the DC charging port.
2. Button Guide
- ON/OFF: Press and hold the 'S' button for 2 seconds.
- Mode Switching: Single press the 'S' button to cycle through 5 modes. The indicator light behind the 'S' button will change color.
- Heating Function: Long press the '?' button to turn the heating function on/off. It may take approximately 10 minutes for the device to reach 38°C. Warning: Ensure the heating function is turned off when not in use to prevent damage or injury.
- Intensity Control: Use the slider to adjust the intensity. Move towards 'MIN' to decrease and 'MAX' to increase. Adjusting intensity will return the device to default mode.

Download the SVAKOM app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to control the device remotely and access interactive features. For synchronization with interactive videos and camming websites, download the FeelConnect 3.0 app.
