Specifications

Power On/Off

Power On

Touch and hold the touch control area of earbuds for 3 seconds; the LED will flash.

Power Off

Touch and hold the touch control area of earbuds for 5 seconds; the LED will turn off.

Pair the wireless earbuds with your mobile device

1. Keep the distance between the earbuds and mobile device within 32.8 feet.
2. De-activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile device.
3. Put the earbuds back into the charging case before use. Take both earbuds out from the charging case and wait for 3 to 5 seconds for auto pairing. The earbud indicator will flash. The other earbud will stop flashing when auto pairing is done successfully.
4. Activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile device and select "EP-0715 TWS" from the list shown.
5. After pairing is successful, both earbuds' LEDs will stop flashing.

Attention: If auto pairing is not successful, manual pairing between earbuds is essential by following these procedures:

1. Make sure the earbuds are charged.
2. De-activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile device (if you had paired the earbuds to another mobile device nearby, please ensure to de-activate those devices too).
3. Power on both earbuds simultaneously by pressing the touch control area for 3 seconds and wait for 3 to 5 seconds for auto pairing (keep the Bluetooth function off on your mobile device before this operation).
4. Activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile device and select "EP-0715 TWS" from the list shown.
5. After pairing successfully, both earbuds' LEDs will stop flashing.

Reconnect the wireless earbuds to your mobile device

When powered on, the wireless earbuds will automatically connect with the last successfully paired device.

Disconnect the wireless earbuds from your mobile device

• Power off the wireless earbuds.
• Switch off the Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
• Leave the earbuds 60 feet away from your mobile phone or further.

Answer / Reject / End a call

When receiving a call, press the touch control area once (on either earbud) to accept the call, or answer the call normally via your mobile phone. Press and hold for 2 seconds to reject it.

To end the call, press the touch control area on either earbud until a beep sound is heard.

Functions

• Pause / Play Music: Short Press on touch control area.
• Go back to previous song: Double click left touch control area.
• Advance to next song: Double click right touch control area.
• Voice Assistant: Press and hold touch control area for 2 seconds.
• ANC/Transparent Mode: Triple click the touch control area to switch between ANC ON, ANC OFF, and Transparent Mode with prompt sound.

Charging your Earbuds

1. Open the charging case cover.
2. Insert the Earbuds into the charging case.
3. The earbuds will start charging automatically.
4. The LED indicator light of the Earbuds will be turned on when charging.
5. Once fully charged, the LED will turn off.

Note: If charging does not start, remove both earbuds from the charging case and re-insert them after a few seconds.

Recharge Charging Case

⚠️ For your safety, please always use an appropriate 5V output charger/adapter to charge the product. DO NOT USE a Quick Charging USB Adapter to charge the product, as it might damage the product.

1. Use the USB Type-C charging cable provided with the packaging.
2. Connect the USB plug to a USB port on a wall adapter, then connect the USB Type-C plug to the USB Type-C charging port on the charging case to begin charging.
3. The last digit of the Battery Level Indicator will be flashing during charging.
4. Once fully charged, the Battery Level Indicator will stop flashing.
5. The Earbuds Battery Charging Indicator will be flashing while the earbuds are charging and will turn off after fully charged.

NOTE:

• You must select a qualified charger from a regular manufacturer.
• You must charge the charging case and earbuds if they have not been used for more than 6 months.

⚠️ CAUTION:

The USB Type-C charging cable included with this item is intended for use with this product. Only use the included USB Type-C charging cable to charge this product.

FAQ

If the wireless earbuds cannot be paired with your device:

Ensure that your earbuds are in pairing mode or reconnection mode. Ensure that the Bluetooth search function of your mobile device is activated.

If the wireless earbuds will not turn on:

Make sure the earbuds are fully charged. Make sure the protective stickers are removed from the Earbuds.

Can I change the battery for the earbuds and the charging case?

The wireless earbuds and the charging case use a built-in non-detachable battery which cannot be removed.

If the charging case cannot be recharged:

If you use a power outlet, ensure that the power supply is connected securely and the outlet works.

Safety instructions for the lithium battery and charging the product

• The input voltage to the product is 5V 1A.
• In order to charge the product safely and in reliable conditions, please only adopt a certified appropriate charger/adapter for charging the product.
• Only charge the product at ambient temperatures between 10 °C (50 °F) and 40 °C (104 °F).
• Do not heat above 70 °C (158 °F), e.g., do not expose to sunlight or throw into fire.
• Switch off the product after use.
• Please note that we will not take any responsibility for any wrong operation (e.g., voltage higher than 5V) as this may result in severe injury or loss of property, and we cannot control the operating process during the time the user is using this product.
• In extreme cases, abuse or misuse of a Lithium battery pack can lead to explosion, heat generation, fire development, or smoke development.
