Instruction Manual
Important: Read and follow these instructions carefully and keep for future reference.
Gate Dimensions: 34" (86cm) tall, extends up to 55" (1.4m) wide.
Warnings
Children have died or been seriously injured when gates are not securely installed.
- This gate is suitable for use with children from 6 months up to 24 months of age.
- Minimum opening width: 27.6 inches; maximum opening width: 55 inches. Ideal opening width: 35.4 inches.
- ALWAYS install and use the gate as directed and use all required parts.
- You MUST install the gate with screws and brackets. Without them, children can push the gate open.
- STOP using if a child can climb over or dislodge the gate.
- Use only when the locking/latching mechanism is securely engaged.
- NEVER use to keep children away from pools.
- Do not use the gate if any components are damaged or missing.
- This safety gate must not be fitted across windows.
- Gates must be checked regularly to ensure they are secure and functioning according to these instructions.
- Additional or replacement parts must only be obtained from the manufacturer or distributor.
- Check that the gate is always correctly closed.
- Discontinue use if the gate becomes damaged, broken, or disassembled.
- If used at the bottom of stairs, it must be placed on the lowest stair.
- If used at the top of stairs, place it at least 8 inches back from the top step.
- To prevent serious injury or death, securely install the gate or enclosure according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Incorrect installation can be dangerous.
- Danger to older children who are tall enough to climb over the gate.
- Never install this product on glass doors. Install against reliable doors or walls.
- This safety barrier is for domestic use only.
- This safety gate has a manual closing system.
- Do not place items that can be grabbed by children or pets near the product to prevent injury.
- Before use, carefully inspect for any loose parts and tighten as needed.
- Always check that the safety gate is correctly closed.
- Gate must be installed as close to the ground as possible, as per installation guides.
- The safety gate must be fitted between rigid surfaces such as plaster board, timber, or cement walls.
Caution: This product is a deterrent and not a substitute for adult supervision. Never leave children unattended. Check the gate regularly to ensure safe usage.

Tools Preparation
Tools required for installation:
- A. Philips head screwdriver
- B. Pencil
- C. Power drill
- D. Hammer
Please select the proper accessories and a suitable wall:
- 1. Install on wooden material: Use wood screws provided. Drill 5/64" (2mm) pilot holes and screw directly into the wood.
- 2. Install on cement wall: Use expansion screws/anchors. Drill 15/64" (6mm) pilot holes about 50mm deep, insert anchor, and secure with screws.
*Do not install onto sheet rock or glass.
Mountings
The gate must be installed on a structurally sound opening. Ensure the mounting surface (wall, door frame, stair posts, etc.) is strong, rigid, and has an even surface.
Note: If using the gate on stairs, it must be placed either on the top step or on the lowest step at the bottom.
Select the appropriate fixing method:
- For installation Screws (Wood Mounting): Drill 5/64" (2mm) pilot holes and use the wood screws provided, screwing directly into the wood.
- For installation Screws Anchor (Hard Wall/Concrete Mounting): Drill 15/64" (6mm) pilot holes about 50mm deep, insert anchor, and secure with screws.
Installation
1. Gate Placement
Suitable placement of the safety gate and catch mount:
Inside Opening or Doorway

2. Installation Steps
The product must be installed on the ground to better realize the separation function.
- Main body Gate: Position the main body of the gate.
- Mark Bracket Holes: Mark the hole positions for the lower and upper brackets on the wall, ensuring they are in a vertical direction.
- Mark Latch Holes: Mark the hole positions for the lower and upper latches on the wall.
- Drill Holes: Drill holes at the marked positions using an electric drill.
- Insert Expansion Screws: Insert expansion screws into all drilled holes.
- Attach Brackets and Latches: Drill the two brackets and two latches to the wall. Ensure the obverse and reverse sides are facing correctly.
- Install Gate to Upper Brackets: Attach the gate to the upper brackets as indicated by the arrow.
- Install Gate to Lower Bracket: Attach the gate to the lower bracket as indicated by the arrow. Ensure the gate is installed to the upper bracket first, then to the lower bracket.
- Unlock State: In the "Unlock" state, the gate can be pulled out.
3. Adjustable Lower Gate Mount

The baby gate should be installed as close to the floor as possible.
4. Gate Removal
- Push and Hold Button: Push and hold the release button on the bracket.
- Lift Gate Upwards: Lift the gate upwards to dissemble it from the bracket.
Operation
1. How to Lock the Gate
- Pull the Mesh: Pull the retractable mesh across the opening.
- Hook Handle onto Latches: Hook the handle onto the latches mounted on the wall.
- Turn to "Lock" Position: Turn the locking mechanism to the "lock" position.
2. How to Open the Gate
- Lift Up & Turn to "Unlock": Lift the handle and turn it to the "unlock" position.
- Take Down Hook Handle: Take the hook handle down from the latches.
- Automatic Recovery of Mesh: The mesh will automatically retract.
Note: When the gate is retracting, always hold the handle and guide the gate evenly back into its original position. Never let go of the handle while the gate is retracting.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Simply use a soft damp cloth to wipe dry after cleaning. Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaners.
Check the hinges of the product regularly. If you find any problems or that any part is broken, please stop using it immediately.
