Before using the device, please read the user manual carefully.
Note: Vibration or massage functionality is not included in this product.
1. Intended Use
The device is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Consult your doctor first if you have any pain or are suffering from an illness. The device is intended for temporary relief of pain associated with muscles in the waist or back due to strain, normal household, and work activities.
2. Getting to Know "Heating & Support"
Far Infrared Effect:
The Carbon Heating Film Heating Pad releases far-infrared energy, delivering soothing warmth from the inside out to help relax muscles.
Support Function:
A 26° arch-shaped elastic support belt conforms to the curvature of the lumbar spine. By applying physical pressure, it increases intraabdominal pressure, distributes pressure on the intervertebral discs, and helps to ease lower back discomfort. (Fig.1, Fig.2)

Heating and Support Synergistic Effect:
Heating relieves muscles as the support structure reduces spinal pressure and limits abnormal movement. This combined action delivers continuous relief and stabilization, boosting the overall pain-relief benefit.
Recommended Daily Usage:
Limit heat therapy to 15 minutes per session and the support function to 2 hours per day.

6. Using Guide
6.1 Wearing
STEP 1: PREPARE THE BELT
While standing, align the center of the belt with the lumbar spine position. (Fig.1, Fig.2) Use extension strap if the size is small. (Fig.3)

Note for S/M Sizes: Adjust to a snug, comfortable fit without over-tightening.
STEP 2: SECURE THE BELT
Align the belt with your navel (Fig.4), then fasten it, ensuring both sides overlap completely. (Fig.5)

6.2 How to Use:
- Upon receipt of the product, please charge power bank with 5V/2A charger (not included) for 3 hours before use to ensure proper operation.
- Connect the USB cable ? to the power bank.
- Place the power bank into the inner pocket.
- Long press the heating/timing button ? for 1-3s to turn on.
- Short Press ? to select the heating level. Start with the low setting to ensure comfort and avoid skin irritation.
- Short Press ? to select the time/level.
7. Cleaning and Storage
7.1 Cleaning:
Prior to cleaning, always disconnect the Power Bank from the support heating belt and remove it from the belt's pocket. Always keep the Power Bank away from water or other liquids, as this may cause damage. To clean the Power Bank, use a dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaning agents.
NOTICE:
- Do not dry clean!
- Do not use bleach!
- Do not use detergent!
- Washing the heating elements is not permitted.
- Supported to use wet towel to wipe the support heating belt surface.
7.2 Storage:
Avoid storing the appliance by placing items on top of it during storage.
Regularly inspect the appliance for signs of wear or damage. If such signs are present, or if the appliance has been misused or is not functioning properly, return it to the supplier before attempting to use it again.
Do not fold the part with the heating sheet in half when storing, as it may damage the internal parts. Store in the original packaging, in a cool, dark, dry place.
8. Troubleshooting

| Not Hot Enough | It is recommended to use the support heating belt continuously for more than 5 minutes before judging whether the temperature meets the needs. To prevent low-temperature burns, we have limited the maximum temperature. The power bank's battery level is low. Please ensure the power bank is fully charged before use. Use a thin layer of clothing between the skin and the support heating belt to enhance safety. Limit usage time. Do not use the support heating belt for extended periods to prevent skin burns. Gradually increase heat. Start with a lower heat setting and gradually increase its to avoid skin irritation and ensure comfort. |

9. Charging and Battery Maintenance
Charging and Usage: Separate the Power Bank and heating belt immediately after use. Do not use or charge the Power Bank in high-temperature or humid environments (e.g., inside a parked car). Avoid direct sunlight.
Physical Protection: Keep the power bank safe from physical harm. Do not drop, crush, or puncture. Such impacts can deform internal cells or circuitry and may cause short circuits, overheating, or battery leakage.
Inspection and Replacement: Power banks have a finite service life. They typically last about 2-5 years before capacity significantly diminishes. Inspect the device regularly, and immediately discontinue use if any bulging, swelling, excessive heat, cracks, or other damage. A swollen or damaged power bank poses fire and leakage hazards, so dispose of it safely at a designated e-waste or battery recycling facility (never throw it in household trash).
Proper Charging Practices: Avoid charging devices from the power bank while it is being charged itself, especially under heavy load. Simultaneous charging and discharging can create excess heat and stress the battery. Frequent charge-discharge cycles accelerate battery wear. Disconnect the power bank from chargers and devices when it is fully charged or not in use to minimize unnecessary cycling.

- This device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

- Use this belt only as rated voltage, as marked on the product. Do not use with generators, power converters, or inverters.
- Do not use this belt with ointment, salve or pre-treatment preparations. Skin burns could result.
- This appliance is not intended for medical use in hospitals.
- Do not use if wet (not required for moisture-proof or class II appliances).
- Save these instructions.
- Please use this heating belt, control and cable frequently for signs of wear and tear or damage. If detected, discontinue use and contact customer service.
- While charging, do not cover the power bank with covers or similar items.
- Do not charge the power while heating belt is in use.
- Risk of explosion! Do not put power into the or it may explode.
- Never expose the power source to extreme heat.
- This applies in particular to storage in a car, extreme temperatures can occur inside the vehicle and in the glove compartment when the vehicle is parked for a long period of time. Therefore, remove the power bank from the vehicle.
