1. Intended Use
The Comfytemp K9244 heating pad is designed for temporary relief of pain associated with sore and aching muscles in the waist or back, due to strain from exercise or household activities. It is not a substitute for medical consultation and treatment. Consult your doctor first if you are experiencing any pain or are suffering from an illness.

3. Product Function
The device offers two ways to control its functions: onboard button control and BLE APP control.
3.1 Wearing
Tighten the heating pad using the provided straps. Ensure clothing is worn between the heating pad and skin to prevent potential burns.
3.2 Onboard Button Control
- Power On/Off: Briefly press the power button to turn the device on or off.
- Heating Level: Briefly press the heating button to select from 9 heating levels.
- Vibration Mode: Briefly press the vibration button to choose from 3 vibration modes.
- Vibration Intensity: Long press the vibration button to select from 3 vibration intensity levels.
- Timer Function: The onboard timer defaults to 30 minutes. For longer durations, use the app.
3.3 BLE APP Control
- Download the App: Scan the QR code provided or search for "Comfytemp" in your app store to download and install the application.
- Connect via BLE: Turn on the device. The BLE icon will turn solid white when successfully connected.
- Control Functions: Use the app to control power, heating levels, vibration modes, and vibration intensity. The app also allows for custom timer settings.
4. Device Description
The device features a power button, heating button, and vibration button. LED indicators display the status of the device, including power, heating level, and vibration mode.
4.1 Interaction (LED, Button, UI)
Button Functions:
- Power Button: Briefly press to power on/off.
- Heating Button: Briefly press to choose from 9 heating levels.
- Vibration Button: Briefly press to select vibration modes; long press to choose from 3 vibration levels.
LED Indicators:
- Power: Solid white when on.
- Heating Level: Displays the selected heating level.
- Vibration: White for 1 vibration level, Red for 3 vibration levels.
- Fault Alert: Flashing 'F1' indicates an error (refer to section 10).
- Low Battery Alert: Flashing red.
- Charging: Flashing green.
- Fully Charged: Solid green icon.
UI (App Interface):
The app interface allows for detailed control over heating levels, vibration modes, and timer settings.
5. Important Safety Instructions
WARNING:
- To prevent potential skin burns due to individual sensitivity differences, please use over thin clothing, start at the lowest temperature setting for 20 minutes, and check skin condition after use.
- Do not use while sleeping.
- Do not use pins or other metallic means to fasten this pad in place.
- Do not sit on, crush, or apply sharp folds to the pad. Avoid sharp folds of the heating sheet in half when storing.
- Never leave the appliance unattended while in use.
- Do not use with generators, in wet locations, or with extension cords.
- Do not immerse the appliance or power cord in water or other liquids.
- Do not dry-clean the heating pad.
- Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaning agents.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Do not charge the power while the heating pad is in use.
- Risk of explosion! Do not put power into fire or it may explode.
- This appliance is not intended for medical use.
- Do not use this appliance in a vehicle's glove compartment or similar enclosed spaces.
- Do not use this appliance for persons insensitive to heat or other persons who are unable to respond to heat warnings, such as diabetics or persons with poor blood circulation, unless carefully attended.
- Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
- Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- It is recommended not to use the massage function excessively.
- For safety, you can't use the device while charging the product.
BURNS CAN OCCUR REGARDLESS OF CONTROL SETTING. CHECK SKIN UNDER PAD FREQUENTLY. NEVER EXPOSE PAD TO WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always keep the heating pad away from water or other liquids to prevent damage.
- To clean, use a dry, lint-free cloth. A damp towel can be used if necessary.
- Do not dry-clean or use chemical/abrasive cleaning agents.
- When not in use, allow the appliance to cool before folding and storing in its original packaging.
- Regularly inspect the internal parts for signs of wear or damage. Discontinue use if any damage is detected.

Allow the appliance to cool before folding when storing. Store in the original packaging in a cool, dry place. Regularly inspect the internal parts.
8. Troubleshooting
Problem | How to proceed |
01: The device shut off working for a while. | (1) Check if the device has automatically shut off due to the timer function (default 30 minutes). (2) Recharge the device. Low battery levels can affect performance. |
02: The device shut off working for a while and restarts on its own. | (1) The current voltage may be too low. Recharge with a 5V 2A adapter. (2) When BLE is connected, the timer settings are needed, please use the app. |
03: Cannot connect to BLE. | (1) First, ensure the device is turned on. (2) Follow the app's instructions to connect. (3) Try deleting the device from your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pairing. (4) For Android systems, go to Settings > Permissions > App info > Comfytemp > Permissions and ensure all necessary permissions are granted. (5) To find the problem, check if the product's battery life will be affected by the temperature settings. |
04: The product temperature is too high and has caused redness. | (1) It's recommended to use over thin clothing and start at the lowest temperature setting for 20 minutes. (2) For safety, the highest temperature is limited. If the redness disappears quickly, it may be caused by the local stimulated, increased blood circulation. (3) Please lay the product flat to cool down before using it again. |
05: The device display F1. | This indicates a fault. Please contact customer support. |
06: The green icon is flashing green for a long time. | When fully charged, the green icon should be solid. If it remains flashing green, it may indicate an issue with the charging process. Try using a different 5V 2A adapter or charging cable. If it kept plugged in, it may go back to charging again, causing the UID to switch from "solid green" (fully charged) to "flashing green" (charging), which might lead to shorter battery life. Note: To extend battery life through regular charging, it is recommended not to leave the device plugged in for extended periods after it is fully charged. |

08: Unable to fully charge? | (1) Low battery levels affect temperature performance. If low battery is detected, please recharge promptly. (2) Ensure you are using a certified 5V 2A adapter. (3) Try charging with a different 5V 2A adapter or charging cable. |
