Operating Instructions

The heating pad features designated heating zones and massage zones. It includes a battery pocket for the power bank, a power cable, a heating/mode button, a power bank, a charging cable, and an extension belt.

Using the Pad

1. Connect the USB cable to the power bank.
2. Place the power bank into the inner pocket.
3. Long press the heating/mode button for 1 second to turn on the device.

Setting Temperature and Mode

The heating/mode button controls settings:

• Power On/Off: Long press the button for 1 second.
• Temperature Level:
  • Low: Green Light
  • Medium: Blue Light
  • High: Red Light
• Massage Mode:
  • Waveform
  • Intermittent
  • Lateral Vibration

Cleaning Instructions

Important: Always disconnect the Power Bank and remove it before cleaning.

Keep the Power Bank away from water. Clean the Power Bank with a dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaners.

Notice: The heating pad surface can be wiped with a wet towel. Do not wash the heating pad.

Troubleshooting

Q1. Why the heating pad cannot be turned on?

• Cause: Power bank battery is depleted. Solution: Press the power bank button to check battery level.
• Cause: Heating pad not turned on properly. Solution: Long press the heating pad power button for 1 second after the power bank is turned on.
• Cause: Power bank voltage/current is too low. Solution: Use the provided power bank or one with a 5V rated voltage output and at least a 2-Amp output current.

Q2: Why is the heating pad not hot enough?

• Cause: Insufficient use time. Solution: Use continuously for more than 5 minutes before judging temperature.
• Cause: Individual temperature tolerance varies. Solution: The maximum temperature is limited to prevent low-temperature burns.
• Cause: Low power bank battery. Solution: Fully charge the power bank before use.
• Cause: Adapter or power bank output power is lower than 10W. Solution: Use the provided power bank or one with a 5V rated voltage output and at least a 2-Amp output current.

Q3: Why does the heating pad stop working after a while?

• Cause: Safety feature: 30-minute automatic shutdown. Solution: Restart the heating pad after a while.
• Cause: Power bank battery depleted during use. Solution: Press the power bank button to check battery power.

Using the Power Bank

Charging the Power Bank

Charge the Power Bank before initial use and if not used for a long period.

1. Insert the provided Charging Cable into the Power Bank's connection socket.
2. Connect the other end to a USB charger (at least 1-Amp output, not included).
3. The Battery Level LED flashes white while charging.
4. Charging Levels:
   • 1 x flash: 0% - 25%
   • 2 x flash: 26%-50%
   • 3 x flash: 51%-75%
   • 4 x flash: 76%-99%
   • Steady on: 100%
5. The Power Bank is fully charged when the LED is steady (approx. 2.5 hours with a 2-Amp output).
6. Disconnect the cable; the LED will shut off. Charge at least once per year to maintain capacity.

Charging Other Devices

The Power Bank can charge other USB devices (e.g., smartphones). Connect your device's USB cable to the Power Bank's USB port.

Charging Warnings

• ⚠️ While charging, do not cover the Power Bank. Only charge in a dry environment at normal room temperature.
• Do not charge the power bank while the heating pad is in use.
• Risk of explosion! Do not put power bank into fire.
• Do not disassemble or crush the power bank.
• Batteries must be charged correctly. Observe manufacturer instructions and specifications.
