Key Features
The PT-SYNC includes an Intelli-Sense Smart USB-C charge and sync system with an output power of 27 watts per port, supporting PD3.0 charging protocol. It offers data transfer rates of up to 480 Mbps, making it ideal for syncing large volumes of data quickly. The cart arrives pre-wired for immediate use and features integrated cable management with clips to keep cords organized and secure. Adjustable device dividers provide flexibility for various device sizes, while a secure 3-point locking door with a padlock loop ensures added protection. For mobility, the cart is equipped with 5-inch swivel, directional, and locking casters. LED charging and sync indicators on the SYNC module provide clear status at a glance. Devices that require charging will automatically begin charging, and a blinking RED LED light on the module's USB port signals that charging is in progress. It ships fully assembled, excluding the handle, and is backed by a lifetime frame warranty.
Cart Overview
The front of the cart features a keyed door lock latch and an ergonomic push handle, which requires minimal installation. Installation Instructions
Lock & Steer Casters
Power Technologies charging carts are equipped with four independent swiveling casters, allowing for smooth and easy transport from any position.
- The two lock casters, identified by black pedals, can be engaged to prevent the cart from moving.
- The two steer casters, marked with blue pedals, can be locked to restrict swivel motion, helping the cart move in a straight line.
To ensure safety and reduce the risk of injury, it is recommended to engage the lock casters whenever the cart is stationary.
Lock Caster Instructions
When the lock casters are engaged, the cart cannot be moved. Press down on the black pedal to lock and lift up to unlock.

Steer Caster Instructions
When the steer casters are engaged, the cart will easily move in a straight line; ideal for pushing down a hallway or along a straight path.
When unlocked, the casters can rotate 360 degrees, allowing the cart to turn in any direction. This is useful for maneuvering in tight spaces or changing direction quickly.
Press down on the blue pedal to lock steer casters and lift up to unlock.

Intelli-Sense Smart Charger (USB-C Charging Cart)
The Intelli-Sense smart charging system automatically detects which devices have the lowest charge and starts charging them in the quickest, most efficient method. Once the devices are fully charged, the system will remain in a trickle charging state, thereby maintaining the devices' battery levels.
Diagram of the Intelli-Sense Smart Charger panel with labels: External Cable Port, LED Indicators, Power Input, Mode Selection Switch, Internal Power Button, Cycle Outlet "1", Cycle Outlet "2", Cycle Outlet "3", Auxiliary Outlets.
Three 27W USB-C charging hubs connect into three power sockets: Cycle Outlet 1, 2 & 3. Socket labeled "Controlled" output socket and it is not included in the cycle grouping. Auxiliary outlets may be used to plug in other electronic devices.
Note: Using the auxiliary outlets during a charging cycle may extend charging times.
Intelli-Sense Smart Timer
In this timer, 1, 2 & 3 groups are connected to 3 rows of USB-C power sockets respectively. The cycle time is changed to 20 minutes. Controlled follows the system switch to turn on and off.
In CYCLE mode:
1, 2, 3 outlets rotate power supply every 20 minutes after the system is turned on.
In Smart Mode:
It starts to detect the total current after turning on the system. If the current is less than 15A, 1, 2 & 3 will be turned on simultaneously. If it is greater than 15A, it will enter into CYCLE mode and continuously monitors the current. When the current falls lower than 15A, it turns on the switch to 1, 2 & 3 simultaneously.
