Cart Features
The AC-SLIM™ is designed to charge and store up to 36 Chromebooks, Laptops or tablets.
Front View: Features a push handle for maneuverability and a keyed door lock latch for security. The cart is equipped with 5" swivel casters, with two being directional and two having locking capabilities.
Internal Features: The cart includes removable dividers that can be adjusted to accommodate devices thicker than 1 inch. This is achieved by removing thumbscrews, the retaining strip, pulling the divider forward and up, adjusting spacing, and then replacing the strip and thumbscrews.
Rear View: Contains removable adapter baskets designed to hold device accessories and power adapters. Power outlet strips are visible, along with device cord pass-thru slots. The INTELLI-SENSE SMART CHARGER is located at the rear.
Installation Instructions
Installing the Handle
Locate the narrow cardboard box containing the handle rod, handle bolts, mounting brackets, and hex wrenches. On top of the cart, find the threaded holes for the handle. Using the larger hex wrench, attach and tighten both the left and right side handle mounting brackets to the top of the cart using four large bolts. Fit the handle rod between the brackets and tighten using the smaller hex wrench and handle bolts.
Setting Up Devices (Front)
- Using a ruler, measure the thickness of your device.
- If a device is thicker than 1", locate and remove the thumbscrews on the shelf.
- Remove the retaining strip.
- Pull the divider forward, then up to remove it.
- Adjust spacing as needed.
- Place the strip back in position and replace the thumbscrews.
Setting Up Devices (Back)
- Remove the adapter basket by pulling upward first, then pull forward.
- If your device power adapters are "brick" style, feed power cables through the holes and place no more than 6 into a basket.
- Hook the basket(s) in place and distribute power cords so that all power strips have an equal number of devices plugged in.
- Feed device cables into the pass-thru slots to the front of the cart.
- Working up front, weave device cables into the divider tabs.
- Use the supplied Cable Clips to fasten each cable to the divider by pressing down firmly, securing the cable in place.
Intelli-Sense Smart Charging
The electrical system is designed to handle a maximum of 14 Amps. If wattage exceeds 1400 Watts at one time, the charging system may not operate correctly; remove devices until the total wattage is under 1400W.
Control Panel Features: The cart's control panel includes an External Cable Port, LED Indicators, Auxiliary Outlets (labeled 1-4), Power Input, Mode Selection Switch (with options like CYCLE and SMART), and an Internal Power Button (labeled PWR). It also has Cycle Outlets "A" and Cycle Outlets "B".
Quick Start Tips:
- Plug in device adapters so there are an equal number of devices in Group A and Group B.
- Make sure the Mode Selection Switch is set to "SMART" mode.
- Plug in the cart. The Intelli-Sense timer will automatically sense the charging needs of the cart and start charging in the most efficient and quickest method.
Within 5 seconds of plugging in your cart's power cord, the INTELLI-SENSE Smart Charging System will initiate a test of your devices' charging level requirements. Devices plugged into power strips that draw the most power will take priority and can take up to 2 hours before switching to the next set of outlets. Once devices are fully charged, the system will remain in a trickle charging state, maintaining your devices' battery levels.
With Mode Selection Switch set to SMART: Group Outlets "A" and Group Outlets "B" power on for 8 seconds in sequence, then enter modes based on current draw. If total current draw is greater than 9A, groups with higher current draw power on while others remain OFF. Once the current draw difference is within 0.5A, the system switches groups. If total current is less than 9A, all outlets power on simultaneously. The total output is continuously monitored.
Note on Wattage: If wattage exceeds 14 Amps or about 1400 Watts at one time, the charging system may not operate correctly. Review your device's AC Adapter wattage, multiplying it by 18. For example: 65 Watts x 18 Devices = 1170 Watts; 75 Watts x 18 Devices = 1350 Watts; 85 Watts x 18 Devices = 1950 Watts.
Casters Positions
This cart is equipped with casters that have a "Blue" color foot pedal. Engage the Directional Locking Casters by pressing the orange foot pedal down; your cart will now easily track in a straight line. Release the Direction Lock by lifting up on the foot pedal; the cart will have its full swivel motion restored.
Engage the "BLACK" foot pedal to securely lock the wheels, keeping the cart safely in place. With a simple release of the "BLACK" foot pedal, you can navigate effortlessly with unparalleled flexibility.
Engage the "BLUE" foot pedal for a seamless and precise straight-line movement, making navigation a breeze. With a simple release of the "BLUE" foot pedal, embrace a world of precision and grace in your swivel motion, making maneuvering a breeze.

Troubleshooting
TROUBLE | Indication | Possible Cause | How to check | Where to check | Remedy |
External LED Button is flashing green and devices are not charging | Overload Protection Mode has been activated | Wattage exceeded 1400 Watts at one time | Multiply your device's AC adapter wattage by 18. | 100 Watts X 18 Devices = 1800 | Reduce the number of devices if necessary and resume charging. If one or more Power Strips no longer works, replace as needed. |
System does not power on, External LED Button does not flash | Power cord is not secured properly | Power cord failure | • Check the main Power Cord into the Power Input port located on the left side of the Charging System if it is secured properly. • Plug the cart into a wall outlet and press the internal Power Button labeled PWR directly on the Charging System. • Remove power cord and plug in a PC monitor style IEC Power Cord. | Replace the power cord if found faulty.
Few /All Devices do not get charged | No visible indication | Power cord failure | • Open the rear panel door and locate the 4 vertically mounted Power Strips. • Verify each switch is in the "RESET" position, not the "OFF" position. • Using an extension cord, test each Power Strip by unplugging each cord from the charging system and plugging them into the extension cord. | If your cart powers on, unplug the External Cable from Charging System. Using a small flat head screwdriver, ensure all individual wires are secure. Replace the power button if found faulty.
External Power Button not works | External LED Button does not flash | Power Strip failure | • With your cart plugged in, open the rear panel door and press the internal Power Button labeled PWR on the charging system. • Plug the External Cable back in and press the External Power Button. |
