How to Use the Elliptical
How to Move the Elliptical
Moving the elliptical requires two persons. Stand in front, hold the upright, and place a foot against a front wheel. Pull the upright while a second person lifts the rear stabilizer. Roll the elliptical to the desired location and lower it.
How to Exercise on the Elliptical
To mount, hold the handlebars or upper body arms and step onto the lowest pedal, then the other pedal. Push the pedals to start a continuous motion. The pedal discs can turn in either direction, but moving them in the direction of the arrow is recommended. To dismount, wait for the pedals to stop completely. Step off the highest pedal first, then the lowest.
How to Level the Elliptical
If the elliptical rocks, turn the leveling feet beneath the rear stabilizer until the rocking motion is eliminated.
How to Use the Tablet Holder
IMPORTANT: The tablet holder is designed for most full-size tablets and smartphones. Do not place other electronic devices or objects in the holder. To insert a device, set the bottom edge in the tray and ensure it is firmly secured. Reverse actions to remove.

FCC Information
This equipment complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. It may cause interference if not installed correctly. If interference occurs, try reorienting the antenna, increasing separation between equipment and receiver, or connecting to a different circuit. Use only shielded interface cables.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance. Inspect and tighten all parts. Clean the elliptical with a damp cloth and mild dish soap. Keep liquids away from the console and avoid direct sunlight. Remove batteries during storage.
Console Troubleshooting
Most console problems are due to low batteries. Replace batteries as per assembly step 7.
Adjusting the Reed Switch
If the console does not display correct feedback, adjust the reed switch. Remove the Top Shield (41). Loosen the M4 x 16mm Screw (52) on the Reed Switch (53). Rotate the Pulley (61) until a Magnet (58) aligns with the Reed Switch. Slide the Reed Switch toward or away from the magnet. Retighten the screw. Repeat until feedback is correct. Reattach the top shield.
Adjusting the Drive Belt
If pedals slip even at highest resistance, the drive belt may need adjustment. Remove pedal arms, pedal discs, and shields. Loosen the M8 x 22mm Screw (65) and turn the M10 x 60mm Bolt (62) until the Drive Belt (19) is tight. Tighten the M8 x 22mm Screw (65). Reattach shields, pedal discs, and pedal arms.
Exercise Guidelines
Exercise Intensity
To burn fat or strengthen your cardiovascular system, proper intensity is key. Use your heart rate as a guide. The chart shows recommended heart rates for fat burning and aerobic exercise based on age.

- Aerobic Exercise: Perform aerobic exercise to strengthen your cardiovascular system. Adjust intensity until heart rate is near the highest number in your training zone.
Workout Guidelines
- Warming Up: 5-10 minutes of stretching and light exercise.
- Training Zone Exercise: 20-30 minutes with heart rate in your training zone. Breathe regularly.
- Cooling Down: 5-10 minutes of stretching.
Exercise Frequency
Complete three workouts per week with at least one rest day between. After a few months, up to five workouts per week may be done. Consistency is key.
