Safety Instructions

• The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by ignoring safety instructions.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
• Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Ensure the cord does not become entangled.

Before First Use

1. Remove appliance and accessories from the box. Remove all stickers, protective foil, and plastic.
2. Place the appliance on a flat, stable surface with at least 10 cm clearance. Not suitable for cabinet installation or outdoor use.
3. Boil a full kettle of water to clean it, then discard the water.
4. Connect the power cable to the socket. Ensure your local voltage matches the appliance's requirement (220V-240V 50-60Hz).

Using the Kettle

• Remove the kettle from the base when filling to prevent water from dripping into the base.
• Do not fill beyond the maximum water level marker.
• The kettle switches off automatically if not enough water is used. Overfilling may cause boiling water to overflow.
• Press the On/Off switch to operate. The indicator light will turn on.
• The kettle automatically switches off when the water boils.
• The boil-dry protection feature automatically switches off the kettle if operated empty. Adding cool water will reset this protection.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before cleaning.
• Clean the appliance housing with a soft, damp cloth.
• Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or steel wool, as they can damage the appliance.
• Never immerse the kettle or base in water or other liquids.
• Regularly decalcify the appliance using a suitable descaling product.
• Rinse the kettle with clean water several times after descaling.
