Before First Use

• Remove the appliance and accessories from the box. Remove any stickers, protective foil, or plastic from the device.
• Place the device on a flat, stable surface, ensuring at least 10 cm of free space around it. This device is not suitable for installation in a cabinet or for outdoor use.
• Before the first use, boil a full kettle of water to clean the kettle, then discard this water.
• Connect the power cable to the socket. Ensure the indicated voltage on the device (220V-240V 50-60Hz) matches the local voltage.

Use

• Always remove the kettle from the base when filling it to prevent water from dripping into the base.
• Ensure the water level never exceeds the maximum level marker.
• If insufficient water is used, the kettle will switch off automatically. If too much water is used, it may boil over.
• Switch the device on by pressing the on/off switch. The indicator light will illuminate.
• The on/off switch automatically returns to the off position once the water has boiled.
• If the appliance is accidentally switched on when empty, the boil-dry protection will automatically switch it off. Adding cool water will reset the boil-dry protection mechanism, allowing normal use.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for it to cool down.
• Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the appliance housing.
• Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or steel wool, as these can damage the appliance.
• Never immerse the kettle or its base in water or any other liquid.

• Rinse the kettle several times with clean water after descaling.
