Mueller 'The One' Ankle Brace: Application & Care Instructions

Intended Use

Provides advanced support and protection for weak, injured, or unstable ankles. Helps protect from injury or re-injury.

Directions for Use

1. Ensure you wear a sock that is the same size as the body of the brace.
2. Fully open laces.
3. Slip brace onto your right or left foot.
4. Pull laces tight and evenly on each side.
5. For INVERSION SPRAIN (rolling ankle inward, pain is on the outside of the ankle):
   1. Wrap the OUTSIDE Anti-Slip Side Strap over the top of the ankle to the inside of the foot and then under the arch back upward to the outside of your foot to secure the OUTSIDE brace loop.
   2. Wrap the INSIDE Anti-Slip Side Strap over the top of the ankle to the outside of foot and then under your foot back upward to the inside to secure to the inside brace loop.
6. For EVERSION Sprain (rolling ankle outward, pain is on the inside of ankle):
   1. Wrap the INSIDE Anti-Slip Side Strap over top of ankle to the outside of foot and then under your foot back upward to the inside to secure to the inside brace loop.
   2. Wrap OUTSIDE Anti-Slip Side Strap over top of the ankle to the inside of foot and then under the arch back upward to the outside of your foot to secure the OUTSIDE brace loop.
7. Adjust Anti-Slip Side Straps on each side until comfortable.
8. Pull top elastic straps on each side until comfortably tight and fasten together.

CARE

Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.

CAUTIONS

• If pain persists or discomfort results, discontinue use and consult your physician.
• Do not over-tighten laces or straps. Over tightening may cut off blood circulation to the foot.
