Key Controls

• 1 [ON/DIST button]: Turns the device on and initiates measurement.
• 2 [Area button]: Selects the area measurement function.
• 3 [Bluetooth button]: Manages Bluetooth connectivity.
• 4 [CLEAR/OFF button]: Clears the last measurement or turns the device off.

Change Units

Switch between the following units:

Bluetooth®

[bluetooth] 1 x send

2 sec deactivate/activate

Insert Batteries

Follow these steps to insert batteries:

1. Open the battery compartment.
2. Insert two AA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+ and -).
3. Close the battery compartment securely.

Operation

Power On: Press the [ON/DIST button] once.

Power Off: Press and hold the [CLEAR/OFF button] for 2 seconds.

Measure: Press the [ON/DIST button] once to emit the laser and take a measurement.

The device will display the measurement, e.g., "1.957 m".

Attach/Remove Clip

The device comes with a removable clip for easy attachment to belts or pockets.

To attach: Align the clip with the device and press down until it clicks into place.

To remove: Gently pull the clip upwards.

Area Measurement

To measure the area of a surface:

1. Point the device at one corner of the area and press the [ON/DIST button] to measure the first length.
2. Move to the next corner and press the [ON/DIST button] again to measure the second length.

The device will automatically calculate and display the area.
