Limited Warranty
Memphis Audio provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is void if the product is physically damaged due to improper use or abuse, or if unauthorized repairs have been attempted.
The warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser and does not cover expenses related to removal or re-installation. It also excludes cosmetic damage and damage from negligence, misuse, accidents, or criminal activity. Memphis Audio is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, and its liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
What is NOT Covered under this warranty:
- Damage due to improper installation
- Damage from moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, or UV radiation
- Damage from negligence, misuse, accident, or abuse
- Product damage in an accident or due to criminal activity
- Service performed by anyone other than Memphis Audio
- Subsequent damage to other components
- Costs related to product removal or re-installation
- Speakers damaged due to amplifier clipping or distortion
- Products with tampered, missing, altered, or defaced serial number labels
- Freight damage
- Cost of shipping product to Memphis Audio
- Return shipping on non-defective items
- Products not purchased from an Authorized Memphis dealer
Some states may not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these exclusions may not apply. This warranty grants specific rights, and additional rights may vary by state.
Warranty Service Procedure:
To obtain warranty service, a return authorization number is required. Shipments to Memphis Audio are the responsibility of the purchaser. It is recommended to pack the product carefully in its original carton. Memphis Audio is not responsible for damages incurred during shipment or due to improper packaging.
If the product is determined to be under warranty, Memphis Audio will repair or replace it at their discretion.
