Product Overview
The Memphis Audio CANAMX310SE is an OEM Direct Fit Powered Subwoofer Enclosure specifically designed for the Can-Am Maverick X3 models from 2017 and newer. It offers a seamless integration into your vehicle, providing powerful bass without requiring custom fabrication. The enclosure is constructed from lightweight, durable HDPE rotomolded material, tuned for maximum output, and is marine grade IP66 rated to withstand water and elements.

Installation Instructions
WARNING: These instructions are designed for 2017 and newer CanAm Maverick X3 Models only. Attempting installation on other models or years may result in permanent damage to your vehicle. If you have a different year or model, consult your authorized Memphis Audio dealer or contact Memphis Audio customer service at 800-489-2300 before proceeding.
This powered subwoofer enclosure is designed to fit underneath either the driver or passenger seat.
- STEP 1: Remove the seat you intend to install the subwoofer underneath.
- STEP 2: Place the enclosure in position. Ensure the two metal brackets at the rear of the enclosure are attached before placing it into the vehicle. These brackets will attach to the threaded bolts that hold the rear of the seat.
- STEP 3: Use the provided washers and bolts to secure the front of the enclosure to the vehicle.
- STEP 4: Reinstall the seat.

Wiring Instructions
The following connections are required for the subwoofer enclosure:
- The RED wire should be connected directly to the battery's positive terminal and fused with a 30A fuse.
- The BLACK wire should be connected directly to the battery's negative terminal.
- The BLUE wire can be connected to the ACC / KEY TURN ON located on the buss bar of the vehicle.

- Connect the RCA inputs to the signal source of your choice.
- Turn the unit on and verify all connections are working correctly. Set the gain using the gain pot attached to the ORANGE/GRAY wires to achieve your desired bass level.
- The included EBC (External Bass Control) can be connected and mounted in a convenient location to allow for easy adjustment of the bass level after the initial gain has been set.
- Replace all parts and screws that were removed to return the vehicle to its completed assembly state.

Warranty Information
This product comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is extended to 3 years when installed by a Memphis authorized dealer using Memphis Connection products. The warranty is void if the product has been physically damaged by improper usage or abuse, or if repairs are attempted outside of a Memphis Audio facility.
This warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser and does not cover expenses incurred in the removal or re-installation of the product. It does NOT apply to product exterior and cosmetics. Memphis Audio disclaims liability for incidental or consequential damages caused by product defects. Memphis Audio's liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
What is NOT covered under warranty:
- Damage due to improper installation.
- Damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, and/or UV radiation.
- Damage through negligence, misuse, accident, or abuse.
- Product damaged in an accident and/or due to criminal activity.
- Service performed by anyone other than Memphis Audio.
- Subsequent damage to other components.
- Any cost or expense related to the removal or re-installation of the product.
- Products with tampered, missing, altered, or defaced serial numbers/labels.
- Freight damage.
- The cost of shipping the product to Memphis Audio.
- Return shipping on non-defective items.
- Any product not purchased from an authorized Memphis Audio dealer.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty provides specific rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
For warranty service, a return authorization number is required. Warranty shipments to Memphis Audio are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please pack the product carefully in its original carton if possible. Memphis Audio will not be responsible for damages incurred in shipment or due to improper packaging.
If determined to be within warranty, your product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Memphis Audio.
