Commercial Project Management Development Program: Full-time
Program Overview
The Commercial Project Manager Development Program (CPMDP) is a full-time, two-year rotational program providing formalized training and exposure to Siemens' finance-based commercial project management process and its extensive portfolio of businesses, technologies, and services. Through four six-month rotations in contract review and management, negotiations and strategy, supply chain management, manufacturing and logistics, and risk management, the program prepares participants to oversee the end-to-end financial lifecycle of complex manufacturing and engineering projects, while empowering them to execute innovative business solutions.
With customers in all 50 states and more than 100 U.S. cities, rotations place participants in a variety of cities and roles with diverse teams and business units across the contiguous United States. This program offers unique and intentional opportunities to explore different trajectories within and adjacent to commercial project management, foster personal and professional growth, develop technical skills, cultivate a dynamic professional network, and accelerate careers with the support of industry leaders and targeted resources.
Upon graduating, participants will have the tools to drive a fulfilling career path at Siemens as a subject matter expert in roles such as Commercial Project Manager, Project Manager, Financial Analyst, Accountant, and Business Process Specialist.
