Finance Leadership Development Program: Internship

Program Overview

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) internship is a 12-week summer internship designed to provide hands-on experience in corporate finance subspecialty and the daily operations that drive Siemens' success as an internationally distinguished engineering, electrification, automation, and digital powerhouse.

During the summer, participants will apply academic knowledge to solve real business challenges, impacting the organization's strategic goals, customers, society, and the environment. Interns will work within one of Siemens' nationwide business units, joining a multicultural and inclusive workforce. The program offers opportunities to develop technical skills, engage in cross-functional projects, shadow industry leaders, and receive career support and training aligned with Siemens' empowerment and growth ethos.

This internship serves as preparation for the full-time, two-year rotational Finance Leadership Development Program. Successful interns may be considered for this full-time program or other full-time opportunities upon completion.
