Function Operation
Multi-function Button:
- Power On: Long press the multi-function button for 2 seconds.
- Power Off: Long press the multi-function button for 4 seconds.
- Answer/End Call: Single click the multi-function button.
- Reject Call: Long press the multi-function button for 1.5 seconds.
- Voice Assistant: Triple click the multi-function button.
- Play/Pause: Single click the multi-function button.
- Game Mode: Double click the multi-function button.
Volume +/- Buttons (Previous/Next Track):
- Previous Track: Long press the Volume - button for 1 second.
- Next Track: Long press the Volume + button for 1 second.
- Volume Up: Single click the Volume + button.
- Volume Down: Single click the Volume - button.
ANC Button:
- Noise Cancelling On/Off/Transparency Mode: Cycle through modes by single clicking the ANC button.
- ANC Adaptive Noise Cancellation: In noise cancelling mode, double click the ANC button to turn ANC adaptive noise cancellation on or off.

- Q: Phone shows connection failure. How to solve?
A: Delete the pairing record on your phone, then search and pair again. - Q: No sound during music playback/calls. How to solve?
A: First, try pressing the Volume + button. If there's still no sound, try the following: For Android phones, click the settings icon next to the Bluetooth connection name, enter, turn off phone audio and media audio, then turn them back on. If there's still no sound, re-pair the headset with your phone. - Q: Why is there latency in videos/games?
A: Latency can occur due to factors like the usage environment, network, and phone codec, which affect the audio data transmission from the phone to the headset. - Q: How to solve stuttering/intermittent sound?
A: Interference from Wi-Fi, 5G/4G signals, or high-power electrical appliances in the vicinity can cause stuttering or intermittent sound. Try changing your environment or re-pairing the headset.

How to Connect:
Power on the headset, and it will automatically become connectable. On your phone, search for "QCY H3" and tap to connect. The headset will automatically reconnect to the last connected device if available. To make it connectable again, power it off and press and hold the MFB for 4 seconds.
Factory Setting:
Power on the headset, then press and hold both the Volume + and Volume - buttons for 10 seconds, or until the LED blinks red 3 times. This will reset the headset to factory settings, and it will then become automatically connectable.
Multi-Point Connection:
Connect the headset to Device A. Then, turn off Bluetooth on Device A. The headset will automatically become connectable (LED blinks red and blue). On Device B, search for "QCY H3" and connect. Once connected to Device B, the headset will automatically reconnect to Device A.
LED Indicator Status:
- Charging: LED glows solid red.
- Connected: LED blinks white every 10 seconds.
- Connectable: LED blinks red and white.
