Bambu Lab Endless Loop Express Kit Installation Guide

Step 1: Motor Installation

Install the motor, ensuring the motor's wires are oriented correctly. Incorrect wire direction will prevent the train from moving forward normally. The orange arrow indicates the correct wire direction.

When installing the geared wheel, align the D-shaped shaft of the motor with the D-shaped hole of the geared wheel.

Step 2: Battery Installation

Install the battery. Fold down the battery terminals after inserting the mating part.

Adjust the depth of the bottom screws until they can be inserted into the mating part.

Apply glue on the designated surface to assemble the mating part.

Step 3: Wiring and Switch Installation

The other end of the wire is used to connect the switch. Do not connect the switch yet; it will be connected in a later step.

Install the switch and wiring. Connect the switch wires mentioned previously.

Note the two notches on the assembly structure inside the chimney (switch cap). Align these notches with the left and right sides of the switch during assembly.

Step 4: Cockpit Assembly

1. Lower the cockpit cover vertically.
2. Slide the cockpit cover forward horizontally and tighten the screws.

Step 5: Final Checks and Operation

Press down on the train's smokestack to activate the engine.

Observe the wheels to ensure they are rotating smoothly.

Assemble the pulley.

Apply glue to the designated surface to bond the magnet. Allow the glue to dry completely to prevent the magnet from falling off.

Do not screw too deep, as illustrated in the figure.

Apply glue on the designated surface to assemble the mating part.

Step 6: Track Assembly

Use the four positioning points on the track to confirm the installation height of the track relative to the bracket.

Insert the two tracks into the bracket, place the pulley into the track slot, and then glue the two tracks together.

Once the pulley is installed on the track, check if it moves smoothly along the track slot.

Step 7: Attaching the Train

Attach the toy train to the pulley and confirm that it is securely installed.

Step 8: Start the Loop!

Press start to begin the Endless Loop Express!

Assembly Notes

Apply glue on the designated surfaces for assembling mating parts as indicated.

For reference, observe the appearance after assembly.
