LEXIN LX-B4FM Motorcycle 4-Way Conference Intercom
1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the LX-B4FM Motorcycle 4-Way Bluetooth Conference Intercom. This product offers a 1600-meter bike-to-bike full-duplex intercom maximum range and includes Bluetooth stereo wireless helmet headset(s). It is designed for installation into most open face, modular, and full-face style helmets.
With the LX-B4FM, you can make hands-free calls on your Bluetooth mobile phone, listen to stereo music or voice instructions from GPS navigation, and activate wireless Intercom for rider-to-rider or rider-to-passenger conversations within a range of 1600 meters when four units are connected.
The LX-B4FM is compliant with Bluetooth Specification v3.0, supporting Headset Profile (HSP), Hands-Free Profile (HFP), and Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP). It supports universal pairing with most Bluetooth headsets. Users can activate Siri or S-Voice for voice dialing and commands. The integrated FM radio tuner allows for station scanning.
Superior audio fidelity is provided by high-fidelity, non-ported, ultra-slim helmet speakers. The headset also offers excellent wind and ambient noise reduction with its miniature boom microphone. The main unit is powered by a rechargeable lithium ion/polymer battery cell, providing 10-15 hours of active use on a full charge, with over a week of standby time. Please read this User Manual carefully before using the product.

3. Installation Instructions
3.1 Helmet Mounting Bracket Installation
3.1.1 Clip Mounting Bracket: Insert the Clip Mounting Bracket between the internal padding and external shell of the helmet. The bracket is designed to clip securely onto the helmet edge.
3.1.2 3M Tape Bracket: If you encounter difficulties with the clip bracket, the 3M tape bracket can be used. Peel off the protective backing sheet of the 3M tape and adhere the bracket onto the helmet. Press firmly for 15 seconds and allow the adhesive to cure for 24 hours.
Note: While the 3M Tape mounting is provided for convenience, LEXIN recommends using the bracket mounting. The 3M Tape mounting is offered as an option at your own risk.
3.2 Microphone Placement
For full-face helmets, locate an area in the nose section, slightly to the left of center, to mount the button microphone. Attach the button microphone to the provided Velcro pad and connect it to the headset connector.
For open-face helmets, adjust the microphone's direction so that the triangular mark on the microphone points towards your mouth.
3.3 Speaker and Wire Placement
Place the speakers into the cheek pads of the helmet, ensuring they are firmly pressed against the Velcro pads. Tuck the wires into the gap between the helmet liner and shell.
Note: The speaker with the shorter wire is for the left ear, and the speaker with the longer wire is for the right ear. This arrangement can also help enhance FM radio reception.
3.5 Main Unit Mounting
Mount the LX-B4FM main unit onto the bracket. Slide the main unit down onto the bracket until it clicks firmly into the bottom portion.
3.6 Main Unit Removal
To remove the main unit from the bracket, push it upwards.
