Description
The mains pressure indoor outdoor ReadyFit enamel 135/180 litre cylinders are designed for high volume specification jobs, such as terraced houses and apartments, significantly reducing installation time for hot water systems. All cylinders undergo rigorous leak testing before shipment, providing plumbers with confidence during commissioning. The ReadyFit cylinders are supplied with all valves and auxiliary pipework fitted and are available in two capacities with two element options.

Included Components
The cylinder package includes:
- 1. 850 kPa TPR valve
- 2. Insulated hot water tee with optional untempered hot water outlet
- 3. Insulated 20 mm NZS3501 copper pipe
- 4. 20 mm (AVG TVA20C-I) tempering valve with insulation*—this valve can be rotated left or right to suit outlet requirements
- 5. 700 kPa (Apex EVT700) cold water expansion valve
- 6. Allproof 40 mm tundish*
- 7. ABS teardrop drip tray (CODTP520)
* Items marked with an asterisk are part of the component pack and need to be fitted by the installer.
Please note: An inlet non-return valve is supplied but not installed. The plumber must determine its suitable installation position.
Does not include: Isolating valve, seismic restraints, or mounting plinth (a mounting plinth is available as an accessory, code: R1000).

Cold inlet / hot outlet connections are DN20 (¾ “ BSP) and suitable for NZS3501 copper pipework.

Clearance Requirements:
- A minimum clearance of 190 mm is recommended for the trap if installed on a plinth.
- The tundish should be located on the floor (A).
Note on Drainage: Drain from the safe tray must comply with AS/NZS 3500.4 or G12/AS1 standards.

Damage resulting from mishandling during the installation process is not covered by warranty.
