CAMERA-OSD SWITCH CONNECTION
This section details the connection between the camera, OSD switch, and video transmitter.

OSD Switch Front: The OSD switch board has connections for UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, and MENU buttons.
CAUTION: If you are using ESC's with active braking, we recommend powering the camera system through a BEC or voltage regulator.
CAMERA-VIDEO TRANSMITTER CONNECTION
To connect the camera directly to the video transmitter, plug the 4-pin wiring harness from the video transmitter into the camera, leaving the OSD pin open.
OSD MENU
Navigate the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu using the following controls:
- MENU: Push the center button to go to the main menu.
- UP/DOWN: Move up and down through the menu items.
- Left/Right: Modify the menu parameters.
FPV OSD Setup
Detailed steps for configuring OSD elements:
- User Name Position: Long press the left button. The user name will flicker, allowing you to move its position. Press the center button to save when done.
- Time Position: Long press the right button. The time will flicker, allowing you to move its position. Press the center button to save when done.
- OSD Info Enable/Disable: Long press the top button to access user name settings and enable/disable OSD info separately. Press EXIT to save.
- Voltage Position: Long press the bottom button. The voltage display will flicker, allowing you to move its position. Press the center button to save. If the displayed voltage is not accurate, press the center button again to adjust it. Press the center button to stop flickering and save.
FOXEER Character Set: The camera supports a character set for display, including numbers (0-9), uppercase letters (A-Z), and common punctuation marks. Font size can be adjusted.
Default Settings: Options for NAME, TIME, and POWER display can be set to ON or OFF. A DEFAULT option is available.
Camera Settings Menu
The camera features a comprehensive OSD menu for adjusting various parameters. The following are the main categories:
1. Lens
Adjusts screen brightness based on lens type:
- MANUAL: For use with a manual iris lens.
- DC: For use with a DC drive auto iris lens.
- VIDEO: For use with a video drive auto iris lens.
2. EXPOSURE
Controls shutter speed, brightness, AGC, and DWDR:

SHUTTER:
- Auto: Shutter speed adjusts automatically to scene brightness.
- FIXED: Select shutter speeds from 1/50 to 1/100000.
- FLK: Select to prevent flickering caused by illumination and frequency imbalance. PAL Mode: 1/100, NTSC Mode: 1/120.
- BRIGHTNESS: Adjust brightness from 0-255.
- AGC (Automatic Gain Control): Select HIGH, MID, LOW, or OFF based on surrounding light.
- DWDR (Digital Wide Dynamic Range): Turn OFF or ON (Adjust brightness from 0-63).
3. WHITE BAL (WHITE BALANCE)
Adjusts color temperature for accurate colors:
- ATW (Auto Tracking White Balance): Ideal for color temperatures from 1800°K to 10500°K (e.g., fluorescent light, outdoor, sodium vapor lamp).
- MANUAL: Select ATW and change to Manual mode to adjust Red (0~255) and Blue (0~255) color balance.
Select RETURN when finished.
4. BACKLIGHT
Compensates for challenging lighting conditions:
- BLC (Backlight Compensation): Use when there is strong backlight behind the object to ensure clear images of both the background and the object.
- HLC (Highlight Compensation): Adjust level from 0~255. Options include 'night only' or 'all day'.
5. Day & Night
Switch modes for different lighting conditions. Four modes are available:
- Auto mode
- B/W mode
- Color mode
- External switch
Color to B/W: When in External Control, this setting cannot be adjusted. Rapid switching between color and B/W under certain light conditions may damage the camera or affect image judgment and lifespan.
B/W TO COLOR: Similar to Color to B/W, this setting cannot be adjusted in External Control. Rapid switching may cause damage or affect performance.
DELAY TIME: Adjust the delay before the color state begins to alternate.
6. DPC (Defect Pixel Correction)
Set the black point and white point as auto-completion-point numbers for image correction.
7. SPECIAL
Accesses special features:
- CAM Title: Set the title background for the camera feed.
- MOTION: Enable motion detection. Select an area by pressing ENTER; the area color will change. Repeat to select multiple areas. The menu moves to the next item after 1 second of inactivity.
8. RESET
Restore camera settings:
- FACTORY: Return the camera to its initial factory settings.
- RETURN: Return to the previous menu.
9. EXIT
Saves all current settings and exits the OSD menu to the Main Menu.

3. PRIVACY
Conceal specific areas of the screen (OFF/ON):
- AREA SEL: Set up to 4 privacy areas.
- AREA STATE: Select ON to conceal the selected area, or OFF to disable privacy.
- LEFT/RIGHT/TOP/BOTTOM: Adjust the dimensions of each privacy area using a slider.
- COLOR: Select the color of each privacy area using a slider.
- RETRUN: Return to the previous menu.
4. PARK LINE
Enable or disable parking lines (OFF/ON).
5. IMAGE ADJ
Adjust image parameters:
- Lens sharp: Adjust from 0~255.
- 2DNR: Enable/disable 2D Noise Reduction.
- Mirror: Switch image orientation.
- FONT COLOR: Adjusted from 0 to 51.
- CONTRAST: Adjusted from 0 to 255.
- SHARPNESS: Adjusted from 0 to 255.
- DISPLAY CRT/LCD: Select display type.
- NEG IMAGE: Enable/disable negative image effect (OFF/ON).

6. COMM ADJ

- CAM ID: Set camera ID from 0~255.
- BAUD RATE: Set camera communication speed from 2400 to 38400.
- PROTOCOL: Select communication protocol.
- DISPLAY ID: Enable/disable display of camera ID (OFF/ON).
- ID POS: Set the position of the displayed ID.
