Samsung Galaxy eVoucher+ Promotion - Terms and Conditions (September 2025)

General Agreement

By purchasing the Samsung Galaxy Smartphone eVoucher+, you agree to the full Samsung Galaxy eVoucher+ Promotion Terms and Conditions (T&C's) provided in this document.

Offer Details

The Samsung Galaxy eVoucher+ Promotion (Offer) is provided to customers who register to receive an eVoucher code, pay $1.00 (AUD), and complete checkout successfully via the Galaxy eVoucher+ Buy Page.

Offer Period and Redemption

The Offer is available for a limited time from September 12, 2025, 12:00 AM AEST to September 26, 2025, 11:59 PM AEST (eVoucher+ Purchase Period). The eVoucher can be used towards the purchase of the Galaxy S25 FE until October 15, 2025, 11:59 PM AEST (eVoucher+ Boosted Value Redemption End Date), provided an eligible Galaxy eVoucher+ promotion voucher code is used.

Redemption Locations

The Offer is redeemable online at eligible Samsung Online Stores, including samsung.com/au, Samsung Education Store, Samsung Government, Samsung Business, and eligible Samsung Enhanced Partnership Portals. This Offer is not redeemable on the Samsung Staff Portal or via a Samsung Retail Store.

Eligible Customers

To participate in the Offer, customers must:

Purchase a Galaxy eVoucher+ on the Samsung Online Store until October 26, 2025, 11:59 PM AEST (eVoucher+ Purchase End Date).
Enter a valid email address.
Use the eVoucher code provided via email at checkout on the Samsung Online Store towards purchasing the Galaxy S25 FE.
Comply with these T&C's.

Exclusions and Limitations

Limited to one (1) eVoucher per transaction.
Limited to one (1) eVoucher per user.
The combined total value of the purchase price must be at least $1.00 at checkout (after any other discounts have been applied).
eVoucher will expire 3 years from the date of issue.
eVoucher is not reloadable, transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, nor can it be used in subsequent transactions.
Samsung will not replace lost, stolen, or deleted eVouchers.
eVoucher must be redeemed in full in one transaction; any remaining value will be forfeited.
Not applicable for change of mind returns.

eVoucher Code Provision

Once purchased, an eVoucher code (promo code) will be provided via the Eligible Customer's email within 72 hours of order completion.

Discount Application

During the offer period, when the eVoucher code is entered at cart on an eligible Samsung Online Store towards the purchase of the Galaxy S25 FE, a discount of $50 will be applied to the Galaxy S25 FE purchase. This means the eVoucher's original value of $1 will be boosted to $50 for this specific purchase.

eVoucher Value and Redemption

If the cart does not contain a Galaxy S25 FE, or the Offer Period has passed, the eVoucher will resume to its original value of $1.

The eVoucher (at its original value of $1) can be redeemed on Samsung Products, including Devices, Appliances, and Accessories. The eVoucher strictly cannot be used to purchase any Service Products, such as Samsung Care and Knox Manage Subscriptions.

Pricing and Other Promotions

All prices quoted in these T&C's are inclusive of GST.

This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other Samsung offer or promotion, unless expressly stated.

Promotion Modification

The Samsung Galaxy eVoucher+ Promotion may be modified or extended at Samsung's absolute discretion.

Personal Information and Privacy

Samsung (or third parties on its behalf) may collect personal information to conduct the Offer and disclose such information to third parties for this purpose, including agents, contractors, service providers, and offer suppliers. Participation in the Offer is conditional on providing this information. Some of these entities may be located outside Australia, including in Singapore, Korea, and the Philippines. Eligible Customers acknowledge that by consenting to this disclosure, Samsung is not obliged to take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients do not breach Australian privacy law. All claimants consent to their personal information being collected and stored for this purpose in accordance with Samsung's privacy policy, available at www.samsung.com/au, which forms part of these T&C's.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C's are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Claimants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
