About MQA
MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) is an award-winning British technology for high-resolution audio encoding, combining very high sampling rates with small file sizes. MQA audio delivers the sound of the original master recording.

MQA File Playback
- C100's MQA playback does not require special software. It supports ASIO or WASAPI audio output, compatible with software like foobar2000 or Audirvana. For optimal MQA audio playback, it is suggested to set the computer's volume to maximum.
- The C100 LED next to the MQA logo glows green or blue to indicate decoding and playback of MQA audio or files, ensuring the sound matches the source material. A blue light indicates an MQA Studio file, which has been approved in the studio by the artist/producer or verified by the copyright owner.
- When playing an MQA file, the display shows the original sample rate of the audio recording.
