Base Assembly Instructions
- Locate the base (J) and flip it upside down.
- Find the four caster wheels (M). Press the brakes on each caster wheel to prevent movement during installation.
- Place one washer (E) onto each caster wheel (M). Screw each caster wheel clockwise into the four corners of the base (J) until tightly secured.
- Return the base (J) to its normal position with the caster wheels facing downward.
- Locate the vertical poles (K). Align the poles with the slots on the base (J), ensuring the cable management holes face the rear. Gently lower the poles into the designated slots until securely seated.
- Insert four bolts (A) into the designated holes in the base (J) – two from the top and two from the bottom. Use the Allen wrench (H) to tighten the bolts until snug.
- Verify the poles are securely attached and aligned. Slide the cover (U) over the top holes, gently pinching the tabs to insert them for a secure fit.
- Adjusting Pole Height: Remove the preinstalled shipping security bolts. Locate the spring plunger ball on the right lower pole. Press the ball to unlock the pole and pull it upwards to the desired height. Align the spring plunger ball with the nearest hole and twist slightly to engage. Repeat for the left upper pole.
- Once both poles are at the desired height, reinsert the safety bolts into the predrilled holes above the plunger. Use the Allen wrench (H) to tighten the safety bolts to lock the poles in place. Ensure they are snug but avoid over-tightening.
Vertical Mounting Instructions
Decision Point: Vertical or Horizontal Mounting
Choose between vertical and horizontal mounting based on your space, preferences, and intended use. Vertical mounting is ideal for maximizing height coverage and narrow spaces, while horizontal mounting is suitable for wider areas where height is less critical.
Step 1: Mount Adapters
- Locate the front (N) and rear (T) vertical stand adapters and four bolts (B).
- Align the adapters with the top of the poles, ensuring the four predrilled holes align.
- Insert the bolts (B) and hand-tighten to hold the adapters in place.
Step 2: Tighten Bolts
- Use the Allen wrench (H) to tighten the bolts (B) clockwise until snug. Avoid over-tightening.
Step 3: Attach Mounting Brackets
- Locate the four vertical mounting brackets (R) and fourteen bolts (G).
- Identify your specific panels to determine the correct bracket attachment method.
- Refer to the diagrams and hand-tighten the bolts (G) in alignment with the red dots for your panel configuration.
Panel Configuration Notes:
- MitoPRO+ and PRO X: Always place the MitoPRO 1500+/X on top. Use at least 3 screws on each side to attach brackets to the MitoPRO 1500+/X, and at least 3 screws on each side for the MitoPRO 750+/X.
- MitoADAPT 3.0: Place the MitoADAPT MAX 3.0 as the top panel and MitoADAPT MID 3.0 below. Screw positions are noted in red circles. For MitoADAPT MEGA, refer to specific instructions.
- MitoPRO+ Elite/Mega or MitoADAPT - Elite/Mega: Use the provided Allen wrench (F) to tighten bolts (G) securely.
Step 6: Hang Panel
- Carefully hang the panel, with attached vertical mounting brackets, onto the vertical cross bracket on the stand.
Step 7: Secure Panel
- Locate the two tab pieces (D) and two screws (C).
- Align the tab pieces (D) as shown in the diagrams. Insert and tighten the screws (C) into the attachment points on the outside of the outer brackets to secure the panel. Ensure all components are properly aligned and tightened for stability.
- For ADAPT Panels: Use the longer, white tab pieces provided separately with ADAPT brackets. Use the provided screws to attach panels. Each tab requires two screws. Disregard the smaller metallic tabs.
Horizontal Mounting Instructions
Step 1: Attach Horizontal Brackets
- Locate the two horizontal brackets (O) and (P), and four bolts (B).
- Position bracket (O) to face the front of the stand.
- From the rear, hand-tighten all four bolts (B) to temporarily hold the brackets.
- Use the Allen wrench (H) to securely tighten the bolts.
Step 2: Attach Horizontal Poles
- Locate the two horizontal poles (S) and four bolts (B).
- Align the poles with the corresponding holes and hand-tighten the bolts.
- Use the Allen wrench (F) to securely tighten the bolts.
Step 3: Attach Horizontal Mounting Brackets
- Locate two to four horizontal mounting brackets (Q) and twenty-six bolts (G).
- Ensure all necessary components are present before proceeding.
Step 4: Configure Brackets for Panels
- Identify your specific panels to determine the correct method for attaching the horizontal mounting brackets (Q).
- Refer to the diagrams and hand-tighten the bolts (G) in alignment with the red dots for your panel configuration.
Panel Configuration Notes:
- MitoPRO+ and MitoPRO X: For configurations with MitoPRO 750+ and 1500+ or MitoPRO 750X and 1500X, always place the MitoPRO 1500+/X on top. Use at least 4 screws on each side for the MitoPRO 1500+/X and at least 3 screws on each side for the MitoPRO 750+/X.
- MitoADAPT 3.0: Always place the MitoADAPT MAX 3.0 as the top panel and MitoADAPT MID 3.0 below. Use at least 3 screws on each side to attach brackets to the MitoADAPT MAX and MitoADAPT MID.
Step 5: Tighten Bolts
- Using the Allen wrench (F), tighten the bolts (G) securely. Ensure they are snug but avoid over-tightening.
Step 6: Secure Panel with Knobs
- This step may require two people: one to hold the panels and one to tighten the knobs.
- Locate the four knobs (I).
- Carefully position the panel beneath the horizontal poles, ensuring the attached horizontal mounting brackets are properly aligned.
- Secure the panel by screwing in the four knobs (I) by hand until they are secure. Avoid over-tightening.
