11.5 Appearance (Dark Mode and Light Mode)

DreamMapper defaults to dark mode upon installation. To switch between dark mode and light mode, tap the [Profile] icon in the upper left corner of the [Dashboard] screen. In the [Profile] screen, you will find [Dark Mode] in the middle. To adjust the setting, tap the toggle icon.

12. Dashboard

Upon login, the DreamMapper dashboard is displayed by default. To return to the dashboard, tap the [Dashboard] icon at the bottom of the screen at any time.

12.1 Greeting Card

On the dashboard, a greeting card is displayed above the date. This feature is swipeable, and up to three cards can be displayed. The default card displays a personalized greeting, "Welcome to DreamMapper." Additional cards may show prompts, achievements, or reminders based on your usage and needs. These cards can be snoozed or dismissed. Snoozed cards will reappear after 10 days. Dismissed cards will not be displayed again until you log in and restart the app. Tapping actions at the bottom of a card (e.g., [View Goals] or [View Details]) will take you to the relevant section in DreamMapper.

[Image of dashboard with greeting card and other cards]

12.2 Therapy Data Card

Below the greeting card, three therapy data categories ([AHI], [Usage Time], [Mask Fit]) are displayed. Tapping any of these categories will expand the card and show related therapy data. To view available therapy data for a specific period, tap [Day], [Week], or [Month] at the top of the screen. For detailed information, tap [Details] at the bottom right of the card. This screen displays detailed information for each category, such as [AHI] for apnea events and [Usage Time] for wear time.

[Image of therapy data card with AHI and Usage Time]

12.3 Therapy Report Card

To generate a therapy report, start with the therapy report card at the bottom of the dashboard. The therapy report displays compliance data such as minimum usage time, maximum usage time, average usage time, and device usage days.

12.3.1 Generating a Therapy Report

To generate a therapy report, tap [Create Report]. The [PDF Therapy Report] screen offers four time frames for report generation: Last 14 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, and Last 90 Days. 12.3.2 Reviewing a Therapy Report

The therapy report displayed on the [Review Report] screen includes a [Compliance Summary]. The data categories are as follows:

LabelDefinition
Date RangeDate range of the patient data downloaded.
Device Serial NumberSerial number of the device used to generate the report.
Device ModelModel name of the associated device.
Device Usage DaysTotal number of days the patient used the device for therapy.

Device Usage Day PercentageThe number of days the patient used the device for therapy divided by the total number of days in the date range.
Total Usage TimeTotal hours the patient used the device for therapy.
Maximum Daily Usage TimeLongest device therapy session.
Average Usage Time for All DaysTotal therapy hours divided by the total number of days in the date range.
Average Usage Time per Day UsedTotal therapy hours divided by the total number of days the device was used.
Minimum Daily Usage TimeShortest device therapy session.
Days with Usage Over 4 HoursNumber of days with therapy lasting over 4 hours.
Percentage of Days with Usage Over 4 HoursPercentage of days with therapy lasting over 4 hours.
Days with Usage Over 6 HoursNumber of days with therapy lasting over 6 hours.
Percentage of Days with Usage Over 6 HoursPercentage of days with therapy lasting over 6 hours.
Percentage of Days with Usage Under 4 HoursPercentage of days with therapy duration less than 4 hours.
Total Blower TimeTotal time the device's blower unit was active, regardless of whether breathing was detected.

Below the [Compliance Summary], graphs for usage time, AHI, and mask fit are displayed. These graphs allow for visual data comprehension. The usage time graph shows daily therapy duration for the selected report date range. Therapy days are displayed at the bottom of the graph, and total daily usage time is shown on the left. The AHI graph indicates the average number of apneas per night. Therapy days are displayed at the bottom of the graph, and the number of apnea events is shown on the left. The mask fit graph shows the daily percentage, from 0 to 100, minus the large leak percentage for the specified period. A large leak percentage indicates the time when the mask had a significant leak, preventing the device from accurately identifying breathing events.

12.3.3 Saving a Therapy Report

To save a displayed therapy report, tap the [PDF] icon in the upper right corner of the screen. A PDF will be generated and displayed in a new window. To share the report in the new window with other applications or to print it, tap the share icon in the upper right corner.

Therapy reports should not be used for diagnostic purposes.

13. Gentle Coaching

17. Troubleshooting

Problem: The message "Cannot connect" appears in DreamMapper.

Cause: Location or "Nearby Devices" permissions may have been revoked on your device.

Solution: Close and reopen DreamMapper. If the problem persists, check your device's permissions.

Problem: An error occurs when entering the device serial number during DreamMapper registration.

Cause 1: The format or characters of the entered device serial number are incorrect.

Solution 1: Verify the entered device serial number and try again.

Cause 2: The device serial number is valid but not registered in DreamMapper.

Solution 2: Contact support for assistance with registering the device serial number.

Cause 3: The device is already assigned to an existing patient.

Solution 3: Contact support for assistance with reassigning the device.

Problem: Both success and failure messages for data synchronization are displayed in [Notifications].

Cause: Information in the [New] tab of the [Notifications] screen is not cleared after synchronization.

Solution: Messages are displayed in the order they are received, so multiple messages related to DreamMapper's data synchronization status may appear. The message at the top of the [Notifications] screen indicates the current synchronization status, while similar messages below indicate previous synchronization statuses.

Problem: You are prevented from pairing a new mobile device because more than three mobile devices are already paired with one therapy device.

Solution: To perform a new pairing, remove previously paired mobile devices from the therapy device.

For troubleshooting common issues with DreamMapper, search FAQs in [Profile] > [Help] > [FAQ]. For more advanced support, refer to the DreamMapper support contact information for your region displayed in [Profile] > [Help] > [Contact Us].
