Jabra Engage 65 Mono
How to Set Up Your Jabra Device with Content Guru storm
In Content Guru storm, you can use your Jabra headset via the Web iPath for microphone and sound.
To gain support for call control, such as answer/end calls, mute/unmute, and volume adjustment, you must install the DTA Web iPath Jabra integration packages by following these steps:
- Download and install the latest version of Jabra Direct.
- Install the Jabra Browser Integration Extension from the Google Chrome Web Store.
- Download and install the Jabra-Browser-Integration JavaScript host libraries from GitHub. Select Windows or macOS.
The native Chromehost downloads are available for Windows (Windows 7 or newer) as JabraChromeHost2.1.0.msi
(Chromehost 2.1.0) and for macOS (El Capitan or newer) as JabraChromeHost2.1.0.dmg
(Chromehost 2.1.0).
Note: Windows System Administrators can mass-deploy the Jabra Chrome Host across a domain by following these instructions in GitHub.
When you log into Content Guru storm, you will be notified that the Jabra integration is enabled.
