Accessories
Oven guides
The oven has three guides for shelves: upper, middle, and lower. For example, to cook the top of a dish more, insert the tray/rack into the top guides.
Warning: Please note the following information about each accessory depending on the food to be cooked.
- Baking tray: For roast chicken, Salisbury steak, gratins, sponge cakes, and other oven-cooked foods.
- Rack: Ideal for baked potatoes and dry food.
- Baking tray and rack: Use both for dripping food, boiled fish, etc. Note that these accessories are not completely square.
Note: Be careful when removing hot liquids.
Extractor handle
Figure 4 shows the extractor handle, used to remove accessories without touching them. Position the handle's base under the tray/rack, ensuring the two hooks engage. Once firmly attached, proceed to remove the accessory.
Be very careful when extracting accessories, as the appliance can get very hot and produce steam.
Rotisserie fork
Installing the rotisserie fork
Figure 5 and Figure 6 illustrate the installation. Fit both ends of the rotisserie fork into the respective holes in the oven. Once installed, place the baking tray underneath to catch juices.
Removing the rotisserie fork
Figure 7 illustrates the removal. Use the rotisserie fork handle to pull out the fork, then remove the baking tray. Apply slight pressure towards the side opposite the inlet hole to detach the fork.
Warnings:
- Beware of hot oil that may spill! Wear appropriate gloves.
- Always take the rotisserie fork out by the handle.
General warnings and advice:
- Always use the tray handle when inserting or removing the tray to avoid severe burns. Suitable gloves are recommended.
- Do not wet the glass door when hot, as it may break.
- When unplugging, hold the plug, not the cord, to prevent wire damage.
- Do not place the unit near gas burners, high-temperature sources, or direct electric fans, as this can affect temperature control.
- Do not wet the power cable or handle the appliance with wet hands.
- Always unplug the power cable after use or when leaving the appliance unattended to prevent fire hazards.
- For dishes prone to oil splashing (e.g., roast chicken), place two sheets of aluminum foil on a tray to minimize splashing.
- Ensure adequate clearance from walls to prevent burning or staining. Keep curtains away from the appliance. Do not place anything between the appliance base and the surface it rests on.
- Do not place items on the oven during use, as heat can cause deformation or cracking.
- Do not heat bottled or tinned food directly in its container, as it may break and cause scalding.
