Overview

The ED-IPC3100 is an industrial computer based on the Raspberry Pi CM5 platform, designed for robust performance in demanding environments. It features a powerful Broadcom BCM2712 processor, ample memory and storage options, extensive I/O connectivity, and support for wireless communication.

System Block Diagram

The system architecture is centered around the Raspberry Pi CM5 module. It integrates LPDDR4 RAM and eMMC storage. Connectivity includes Gigabit and Fast Ethernet ports, multiple RS232/485 serial ports, USB 2.0 ports, an HDMI output, a Micro SD card slot, and a SIM card slot for optional 4G modules. Wireless capabilities are provided by integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, with optional 4G LTE modules connecting via Mini PCIe.
