Assembly Steps
Step 1: Frame Base Construction
Begin by assembling the base frame. Connect curved poles (Part 1) and straight poles (Part 4) using connectors (Part A) and screws (Part H). Part 1 also connects to Part K. Parts 7 and 8 are shown as connectors. The diagram illustrates multiple connections forming a rectangular base with arched supports.
Step 2: Building the Main Frame
Continue constructing the main frame by connecting various poles (Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) using connectors (Parts A, K) and screws (Parts H, H1). Key connections include: Part 1 to Part 3 via Part K; Part 2 to Part 4 via Part K; Part 3 to Part 5 via Part K; Part 4 to Part 6 via Part K. Screws (H, H1) and connectors (A) are used throughout. The diagram shows the main arched structure taking shape with cross-bracing.
Step 3: Completing the Frame and Attaching Cover
Finalize the main structural frame by connecting the remaining poles and connectors. Part M is shown as a connector. The diagram illustrates the assembly of the upper sections and the full skeletal frame of the tunnel tent. The cover (Part D) is shown being fitted over the frame.
Step 4: Securing the Tent
Attach the ground anchors (Part B) to the base of the tent structure. Secure the tent using the ropes (Part C) and ground anchors (Part B) to ensure stability. The diagram on page 6 shows the final assembled tent with Part B attached to the base and Part C used for anchoring.
