ECO Mode: While in 'Setting Mode', press the DC power button to toggle ECO mode on or off.
Setting
AC Frequency: While in 'Setting Mode', press the AC power button to switch between available AC frequencies (typically 50Hz or 60Hz).
Charging
AC Charging
Connect the EB55 to a standard wall outlet using the AC adapter. The adapter connects from the wall outlet to the unit's adapter input port.
Note 1: In ECO mode, the AC/DC output automatically turns off after 4 hours of low load (≤10W for AC, ≤1W for DC) or no load to conserve power.
Note 2: AC Frequency refers to the number of alternating cycles per second in an AC sine wave, usually 50/60Hz.
Operation (Continued)
PV Charging
Connect solar panels (in series or parallel) to the EB55 using the solar charging cable. Ensure your solar panels meet these specifications:
- OCV (Open Circuit Voltage): 12-28V
- Input Current: 8A Max.
- Input Power: 200W Max.
The connection uses MC4 connectors from the solar panels to the solar charging cable, which then connects to the EB55.
Car Charging
Connect the EB55 directly to your vehicle's cigarette lighter port using the car charging cable.
Operation (Continued)
Generator Charging
Connect the AC adapter input plug to a generator and the output plug to the EB55's DC charging port.
Dual Charging
The EB55 supports dual charging, including Adapter + PV Charging and Dual Adapter Charging.
Note 4: For Dual Adapter Charging, an additional adapter (200W AC Adapter + DC7909-XT60 Female Cable) is required to connect to the DC input port.
Discharging
The EB55 can power various devices for estimated durations based on their power consumption:
- Phone: 40-50 Times (estimated 10Wh per charge)
- LED Light: 20-30 Hours (at 20W)
- Television: 5-6 Hours (at 75W)
- Electric Tool: 5-6 Hours (at 80W)
- Refrigerator: 4-5 Hours (at 90W)
- Slow Cooker: 2-3 Hours (at 200W)
The estimated charging time is calculated using the formula: 537Wh × DoD × η ÷ (load power).
Note: DoD refers to the Depth of Discharge, and η (eta) represents the local inverter efficiency. For example, with DoD=90% and η=90%.
Load power and charging time are measured in Watt and Hour.
