Dixell XR75CX Digital Controller

Installation and User Manual

This document provides detailed instructions for the installation and operation of the Dixell XR75CX digital controller. This advanced unit is designed for medium and low-temperature refrigeration applications with ventilated evaporators.

The XR75CX features four relay outputs for controlling the compressor, defrost (electric or hot gas), evaporator fans, and an auxiliary output. It includes a Real-Time Clock for programming up to six daily defrost cycles, differentiating between workdays and holidays. Additionally, a "Day and Night" function offers two different setpoints for energy saving.

With three NTC or PT1000 probe inputs, the controller accurately manages temperature control, defrost end, and fan operation. It also supports an optional digital input that can function as a fourth temperature probe.

Connectivity options include an external HOT KEY module for connection to ModBUS-RTU compatible supervision systems, such as the Dixell X-WEB family. The controller is fully configurable via its keypad, allowing for easy parameter programming.
