Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Why won't my product turn off?
Answer:
- Ensure the charging case has power, place the earphones back into the charging case, and close the lid for automatic shutdown.
- If the charging case has no power, turn off the Bluetooth function on your phone and wait 5 minutes for the earphones to automatically shut down.
- Keep the earphone charging contacts and the charging case charging pins clean. Clean them periodically with a clean, dry cotton cloth.
2. The double-tap function is invalid?
Answer: To prevent accidental operations, the tap function is specially processed and only supports tapping 3 seconds after the earphones are inserted into the ear. Additionally, touch sensitivity can vary among individuals, sometimes leading to unresponsive touch, which is considered normal.
3. Why can't my product reconnect?
Answer:
- If the earphones are out of the connection range (10 meters), they will disconnect. If they do not return to the connection range within 5 minutes, they will automatically shut down.
- If not reconnected within 5 minutes, place the earphones back into the charging case, close the lid, and then take the earphones out again.
4. Why is one earbud silent after I take it out?
Answer:
- When this occurs, please place both earphones back into the charging case and close the lid, then take them out again.
- If the issue persists, turn off all Bluetooth devices around your phone, perform a factory reset, and then attempt to connect again.
5. How to "burn-in" earphones for better sound quality?
Answer:
- Step 1: Play for 12 hours at one-third of the normal volume (gentle music is preferred).
- Step 2: Play for 12 hours at two-thirds of the normal volume (avoid overly rock music).
- Step 3: Play for 72 hours at normal volume (use your usual music).
- Step 4: Play for 24 hours at three-quarters of the normal volume (use your usual music).
6. My phone cannot find the Bluetooth earphones, the connection is unstable, or audio is choppy/intermittent?
Answer:
- Please do not exceed the phone's Bluetooth connection distance of 10 meters, and avoid interference from walls or bodies.
- Ensure the earphones have sufficient battery power and re-enter pairing mode for connection.
- If the issue persists, turn off all Bluetooth devices around your phone, perform a factory reset, and then attempt to connect again.
- Due to the characteristics of Bluetooth earphones, electromagnetic waves in your area may interfere with the Bluetooth connection, causing silence or disconnection. Please move away from such areas before connecting.
