Where you stand on the Vibration plate impacts how challenging the vibrations are for your body. Stand with your feet close together for an "easy" workout and with feet further apart for "medium" and "intense" workouts.
Use Method:
- Posture 1: Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart. This posture exercises the waist and buttocks, relieving stress and sculpting the area.
