⚠️ For safety and approval reasons (CE), unauthorized modification or alteration of the device is not permitted. Do not disassemble the model.

⚠️ Attention: Small parts. Danger of suffocation or risk of injury from small parts.

⚠️ The product is not a toy and is not suitable for persons under 14 years of age.

⚠️ The product must not get moist or wet. It is only allowed to be used on flat and clean surfaces. Even a drop from a small height can cause damage to the product.

Battery Notice & Disposal

⚠️ Batteries/accumulators do not belong in children's hands. Battery or accumulator replacement must be performed by an adult. Never mix rechargeable batteries with non-rechargeable batteries. Never mix fully charged batteries with almost empty batteries. Never mix batteries of different capacities. Never attempt to charge dry batteries. Pay attention to correct polarity. Defective batteries/accumulators must be disposed of properly (special waste). Never leave the charging process unattended. For questions about charging time, please read the manual or contact the manufacturer.

Read the safety instructions and warnings before using or charging the Li-Ion battery. Stop using or charging it immediately if it leaks, has a temperature above 70°C, or anything unusual occurs.

Use only a qualified and specific Li-Po/Li-Ion charger. Never charge the battery unattended. Do not charge the battery if the charge exceeds 4.2 V / cell. Do not charge the battery with a charging current above 2C. Please check and ensure that you are using a qualified charger. An unqualified charger may cause a fire.

Do not discharge the battery with a current exceeding the maximum discharge current. Otherwise, this will cause the battery to overheat. This may result in bursting, fire, or explosion.

Never disassemble, puncture, knock, drop, short circuit, and/or throw the battery into a fire. Improper use such as short-circuiting or overcharging may result in explosion or fire.

Keep the battery in a safe place that babies or children cannot reach.

The above indicates the dangers of using the battery. The user assumes full responsibility for the outcome of using the battery.

Disposal

AMEWI Trade GmbH is registered under Batt-Reg.-No. DE 77735153 and WEEE-Reg.-No. 93834722 with the foundation EAR and recycles all used electronic components properly. Electrical and electronic devices must not be disposed of in household waste. Dispose of the product at the end of its life according to applicable legal regulations. As an end consumer, you are legally obligated (Battery Ordinance) to return all used batteries and accumulators; disposal via household waste is prohibited!

Batteries/accumulators containing hazardous substances are marked with the accompanying symbols, which indicate the prohibition of disposal in household waste. The additional designations for the critical heavy metals are Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Quicksilver, Pb = Lead (These designations are found on batteries/accumulators, e.g., below the trash can symbol shown on the left).

The RoHS labeling confirms that the manufacturer has observed all limit values during manufacturing.

Batteries marked with the recycling symbol ♻️ can be disposed of in any used battery collection container (available at most supermarkets at the checkout). They must not be put into residual or household waste.

AMEWI Trade GmbH participates in the dual system for sales packaging through the company Landbell AG. The packaging used is collected from private end consumers (households, yellow bag, yellow bin) by partner companies (disposal contractors), sorted, and properly recycled. Participation in a dual system contributes to CO2 savings.

Warning

⚠️ This remote-controlled model is not a toy. It consists of many small parts and is not suitable for children under 14 years of age.

Four 1.5V AA batteries are required for the remote control.

A 7.4V 2S LiPo battery is used for the model (included in the scope of delivery).

⚠️ Always keep your fingers away from the drive parts and other moving parts to avoid injury.

⚠️ The model's motor gets very hot. To avoid burn injuries, allow the motor to cool for 10-15 minutes after use before touching it.

On Inappropriate Use of the Product

Please do not disassemble or modify the model in any way. Do not use this product improperly or illegally and do not operate it in a manner that could endanger others or yourself.

Precautions

Please read the following safety information before using the model.

⚠️ Please do not use the model in rain, snow, or thunderstorms. If liquid enters the electronics, they may be irreparably damaged.

⚠️ Please do not use the model in an environment that you cannot see.

⚠️ Signal interference can cause the model to go out of control. Please do not use the model in the following places:

  • Near a radio tower, mobile phone masts, or other places with active radio waves.
  • Near crowds or in public places.
  • Near rivers, ponds, or lakes.
  • Near electricity pylons or other transmission towers.

⚠️ Do not operate the model if you are tired or unwell, have drunk alcohol or taken drugs – this may cause injury to yourself or others.

⚠️ To avoid burns, never touch drive parts and motors during or immediately after use, as they can be very hot.

⚠️ Incorrect operation of the transmitter can cause injury to you or others. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the operation before using the model.

Check the model and the remote control before use. Check screws to make sure they are tight.

⚠️ When you have finished using the model, always switch off the model first and then the remote control. Otherwise, the model may get out of control.

⚠️ If the model gets out of range, it may get out of control. Please always stay close to the model with the transmitter.

Power Switch

To turn the model ON:

  1. Turn on the power switch of the transmitter; the signal indicator light flashes.
  2. Press the power button of the ESC in the car; the indicator light flashes.
  3. When the indicator lights stay on, the connection is established.

ATTENTION:

  • Do not operate the throttle trigger or the steering wheel while the remote control is switched on. Do not operate the remote control until the indicator light is permanently staying on.
  • Always switch on the remote control first, then the ESC in the car. After playing, always switch off the ESC in the vehicle first, then the remote control.
  • If you are with more than one car of the same type, make sure you do the binding separately, as it may happen that one vehicle binds with another remote control or there may be interference.

Receiver

The receiver unit connects various components:

  • Fan: Connects to VCC/FAN port.
  • Bumper: (Structural component)
  • ESC (Electronic Speed Controller): Connects to VCC/FAN port (5-6V).
  • Steering Servo: Connects to CH1 (Steering).
  • Antenna: Please ensure it is positioned vertically, pointing upwards.

⚠️ WARNING! Make sure that all components are connected to the correct terminal. Also make sure that the polarity is correct (black/brown = minus, red = plus, white/yellow = signal).

Brushless ESC

The ESC (Electronic Speed Controller) manages power and motor functions. It features an indicator light, power switch, and heat sink.

VCC: Power supply via battery. Supplies the same voltage as the connected battery. It can be used as a power supply for fans. Please ensure that the voltage of the fan is within the range of the battery used.

BVD: Receivers with BVD function can be connected directly with an adapter cable, which is equivalent to connecting a battery.

Transmitter

The transmitter controls the model's functions. Key controls include:

  • 1. ST. TRIM (Steering Trim): Adjusts the steering servo trim for straight-line driving. If the car does not run straight ahead, it can be adjusted via the steering trim.
  • 2. TH. TRIM (Throttle Trim): Adjusts the throttle trim. If the car does not stop when the throttle is in the middle position, this can be adjusted via throttle trim.
  • 3. Power/Speed Switch: Controls power and speed settings (OFF, 70% throttle, 100% throttle).
  • 4. Indicator Light: Shows the status of the transmitter.
  • 5. CH1 (Steering): Controls the steering.
  • 6. CH2 (Throttle): Controls the throttle (forward/backward/brake).
  • 7. Fn (CH3 Light Control): Short press the "Fn" button to turn on/off the car's lights.

Channel Controls

Channel 1: Steering

Neutral Position: Center the steering wheel.

Turn Left: Turn the steering wheel left.

Turn Right: Turn the steering wheel right.

Channel 2: Throttle

Forward: Push the throttle lever forward.

Stop: Release the throttle lever to the neutral position.

Backward: Push the throttle lever forward again from neutral.

Brake: When the car is moving forward, push the throttle forward to brake. To reverse, release the throttle to the neutral position and push it forward again.

When the car is in reverse, there is no brake function. Carefully pull the throttle lever backwards to stop the car.

Assembly and Installation

Install Transmitter Batteries

Open the battery compartment cover and insert two AA 1.5V batteries according to the direction shown. Close the battery compartment cover again.

Install the Wheelie Bar

Remove the 2 screws at the rear of the car. Fix the wheelie bar to the rear of the car with 3 screws.

Install the Rear Wing

Attach the rear wing as shown in the diagram.

Install the Battery

  1. Open the battery retaining strap.
  2. Place the battery in the battery holder and make sure it is correctly positioned.
  3. Close the battery retaining strap again.
  4. Connect the battery connector to the connector on the ESC.

Charge Battery

If you charge the vehicle battery with a 5V 2A USB mains adapter, the charging time is approximately 240 minutes. During the charging process, the green charging LED flashes. When the charging process is finished, the LED lights up continuously. (Adapter 5V 2A not included).

Install Body

  1. Align the four holes of the body with the brackets and then fix them.
  2. Insert the four clips into the holes in the body brackets to lock the body in place.
