The device includes an integrated controller for simplified installation and management, and is also supported by Grandstream's free cloud Wi-Fi management platform, GWN.Cloud.
It is ideal for voice-over-Wi-Fi deployments and offers seamless connectivity with Grandstream's Wi-Fi-enabled IP phones. Ports and Connectivity
- NET/POE: Ethernet RJ45 port (10/100/1000Mbps) supporting PoE/PoE+.
- NET: Ethernet RJ45 port (10/100/1000Mbps) for router or other GWN76xx.
- RESET: Factory reset button (press for 7 seconds).
Powering is done via PoE/PoE+ switch by connecting an RJ45 Ethernet cable from the device to the switch.
Hardware Installation
The GWN7660LR can be mounted on a wall or a metal pole. Installation involves connecting the Ethernet cable, attaching antennas, securing the base bracket with screws, and then mounting the unit using the provided hardware.
Accessing Configuration Interface
Users can connect to the GWN7660LR's default Wi-Fi network or a network where it is connected. Configuration can be accessed via its MAC address (e.g., https://gwn_<mac>.local
