Using the Mopping Function
Notes:
- Do not step on the water tank to avoid permanent damage.
- For optimal results, heavily soiled floors should be vacuumed before mopping.
- Do not use the mopping function on carpets.
- Do not use detergents or disinfectants.
- Dampen the mopping cloth and wring out excess water, then attach it securely to the bottom of the water tank.
- Open the water tank cap, add an appropriate amount of clean water, then close the cap.
- Attach the smart torque high-efficiency brush bar to the water tank by aligning the magnets on each component until they click into place.
- This function is designed for vacuuming and cleaning hard floors and tiles.
Notes:
- The ball valve in the water tank controls the amount of water dispensed. The ball is a moving part and may make a rattling sound when starting and stopping. This is normal.
- When the vacuum cleaner is not in use, move the switch to the OFF position.
Care and Maintenance
Maintenance Precautions
- Always use original parts to avoid voiding the warranty.
- If the filter, extension wand, or smart torque high-efficiency brush bar becomes clogged, the vacuum cleaner will stop working shortly. To restore functionality, clean the clogged component.
- If the vacuum cleaner is not used for a long period, fully charge it, unplug it from the power outlet, then store it in a cool, low-humidity environment away from direct sunlight. To prevent excessive battery discharge, recharge the vacuum cleaner at least once every three months.
Cleaning the Vacuum Cleaner
Clean the vacuum cleaner with a soft, dry cloth.
Cleaning the Dust Compartment, Pre-filter, and Cyclone System
- The cleaning performance of the vacuum cleaner will decrease if the dust compartment is filled up to the "MAX" mark. To restore performance, empty the dust compartment promptly. Before emptying the compartment, ensure the vacuum cleaner is disconnected from the power outlet and do not press the power button.
- Press the release button on the bottom cover of the dust compartment, then empty the contents.
- Push the dust compartment release switch in the direction indicated by the arrow, then gently remove the dust compartment from the vacuum cleaner.
- Remove the pre-filter first, then lift the handle of the cyclone system and rotate it counterclockwise until it stops, then pull to lift the cyclone system.
Note: If the vacuum cleaner's contact points are dirty, clean them with a soft, dry cloth.
Installing the Dust Compartment, Pre-filter, and Cyclone System
- Insert the cyclone system vertically into the dust compartment, ensuring the cyclone system handle aligns with the slot on the left side of the dust compartment. Rotate the handle clockwise until it locks, then pull down.
- Position the pre-filter with the front side facing the cyclone system.
Cleaning the HEPA Filter
Note: It is recommended to clean the HEPA filter once every 4-6 months.
- Remove the dust compartment as shown in the figure.
- Remove the HEPA filter from the vacuum cleaner by pulling it downwards in the direction shown in the figure.
- Clean the HEPA filter with clean water. Ensure you rotate the HEPA filter by 300° to thoroughly remove all trapped dust. Tap the filter lightly several times to remove excess dirt.
Notes:
- Use only clean water to clean the filter. Do not use detergents.
- Do not attempt to clean the HEPA filter with a brush or your fingers.
- Allow the HEPA filter to dry completely for at least 24 hours.
- Reinstall the dust compartment.
Installing the HEPA Filter
- Insert the HEPA filter into the vacuum cleaner, then gently press downwards as illustrated. Insert until you hear a click, indicating correct placement.
Cleaning the Smart Torque High-Efficiency Brush Bar
- Rotate the lock counterclockwise until it stops, then remove the roller brush from the smart torque high-efficiency brush bar.
- Use scissors to cut and remove hair or other debris tangled around the roller brush. Remove excess dust from the housing and the transparent plastic cover with a dry cloth or paper towel.
Cleaning the Mini Electric Brush
- Use a coin to rotate the lock counterclockwise until you hear a click.
- After unlocking the roller brush, remove it from the mini electric brush, then rinse and clean the roller brush.
- After washing, allow the roller brush to dry completely by keeping it upright in a well-ventilated area for at least 24 hours.
- When dry, reinstall the roller brush by reversing the disassembly instructions.
Cleaning the Water Tank and Mopping Cloth
Notes:
- When the vacuum cleaner is charging or not in use, remove the water tank and drain any residual water to prevent mold or persistent discoloration.
- If the mopping cloth is worn or damaged and no longer adheres to the water tank, it needs to be replaced to ensure optimal cleaning performance.
- Slide the water tank downwards to detach it from the smart torque high-efficiency brush bar.
- Empty the water tank.
- Remove the mopping cloth from the water tank.
- Clean and dry the mopping cloth.
Water Dispenser Filters
If the water tank dispenses water too slowly or becomes clogged, the water dispenser filters need to be replaced. For optimal mopping effectiveness, it is recommended to replace the water dispenser filters once every 3-4 months depending on water quality and usage frequency.
- Use your fingers to pull out the old water dispenser filters on the left and right sides of each housing.
- Insert the new water dispenser filters, then ensure they are installed correctly.
Battery
The vacuum cleaner contains a removable rechargeable lithium-ion battery that has a limited number of charge cycles. After prolonged use, the battery may no longer hold a charge. If this occurs, the battery has reached the end of its lifespan and must be replaced.
- Press the battery release button and slide it to the right to remove it.
- Install the new battery.
