Charging
Ensure earbuds and USB port are dry before charging. Use a certified USB-C cable and charger. Fully charge both earbuds and the charging case before first use. The charging case can be charged via USB-C or wirelessly.
Wearing and Fit
Properly insert and twist earbuds for a secure fit. Use the included ear tips and ear wings in various sizes to achieve optimal comfort and sound isolation. A mirror can help verify correct placement.
Powering On/Off
Earbuds power on automatically when the charging case is opened and power off when placed back inside. Manual power on is available by pressing and holding the touchpads for 3 seconds.
Bluetooth Connectivity
The earbuds support automatic and manual Bluetooth pairing. They can connect to two devices simultaneously (Multipoint). Follow on-screen instructions in the Soundcore app or device's Bluetooth list for connection.
