Samsung S Series Multi-Buy Promotion Rules

1. Organizer

Samsung Electronics Austria GmbH, Praterstrasse 31/14 Obergeschoss, Vienna, Austria, is the organizer of this promotion. Purchases are made via the Samsung online store in Croatia.

2. Participants and Promotion Period

Participation is open to end-users residing in the Republic of Croatia who meet the conditions outlined in these rules and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale published on the Samsung online store website. The promotion period is from June 16, 2025, to July 13, 2025.

3. Promotion Benefits

This promotion offers discounts to participants who purchase at least two eligible devices from Tables 1 and 2, with at least one device from Table 1 included in the basket. The discount is applied to the lowest price of the devices from Tables 1 and 2 within the last 30 days.

Discount structure:

• 10% Discount: Applies when a customer adds a total of two devices from Tables 1 and 2 to their basket, with at least one from Table 1. Eligible combinations include:
  • One device from Table 1 and one device from Table 2.
  • Two devices from Table 1.
• 15% Discount: Applies when a customer adds a total of three devices from Tables 1 and 2, with at least one from Table 1. Eligible combinations include:
  • One device from Table 1 and two devices from Table 2.
  • Two devices from Table 1 and one device from Table 2.
  • Three devices from Table 1.
• 20% Discount: Applies when a customer adds a total of four devices from Tables 1 and 2, with at least one from Table 1. Eligible combinations include:
  • One device from Table 1 and three devices from Table 2.
  • Two devices from Table 1 and two devices from Table 2.
  • Three devices from Table 1 and one device from Table 2.
  • Four devices from Table 1.

The applicable discount is based on the lowest price of the devices from Tables 1 and 2 within the last 30 days, depending on the number of devices added. If additional products not part of the required device combination are added to the basket, the discount will only apply to the eligible devices from Tables 1 and 2, not the additional products.

4. Other Participation Conditions

To be eligible for the promotion benefits and discounts, customers must meet the following conditions:

• During the promotion period, add at least two devices from Tables 1 and 2 to the basket in the Samsung online store (www.samsung.com/hr), with at least one device from Table 1.
• The customer purchasing the devices must be an end-user, an individual or legal entity from the territory of the Republic of Croatia, who is buying the device for personal use and not for resale or distribution.

NOTE: For any circumstances related to the purchase of devices not explicitly covered by these rules, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale published on the Samsung online store website (www.samsung.com/hr/) apply. The processing of personal data collected for the purchase will be governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Samsung online store website (www.samsung.com/hr/).

5. Delivery and Personal Data Processing

The delivery of all purchased devices is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale published on the Samsung online store website (www.samsung.com/hr/). Personal data processing is also subject to the Privacy Policy available on the Samsung online store website (www.samsung.com/hr/).

6. Right to Amend Promotion Rules

Samsung reserves the right to amend these rules at any time for justified reasons, with the obligation to notify users of any changes without delay.
