Samsung Weekend and Holiday Promotion Terms and Conditions

I. Promotion Identification

Promotion Name: FINES DE SEMANA Y FESTIVOS DE VISA ESTORE Y SHOPAPP (the “PROMOTION”).

Promotion Validity: Valid from August 7, 2025, to December 31, 2025, or until stocks are exhausted, whichever occurs first.

Available Units: 10,000 units of the BENEFIT object of the PROMOTION across all references and Participating Authorized Stores.

Applicable Territory: Valid nationwide.

Applicable Channels: Valid on online channels of Participating Authorized Stores, as defined below.

II. Preliminary Considerations

This document sets forth the terms, conditions, and restrictions that will govern individuals (“CLIENT” and collectively “CLIENTS”) participating in the PROMOTION (hereinafter “T&C”). Participation in the PROMOTION and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these T&C. III. Specific Promotion Conditions

1. Object: The CLIENT will receive a 10% discount (the “BENEFIT”) for purchasing a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 products from the “Home Appliances”, “Monitors”, “Mobile” categories available in Participating Authorized Stores at the time of purchase on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays during the PROMOTION period (“PRODUCTS”), paying with any of the VISA credit or debit card BINs mentioned in numeral 6 of the T&C. Alternatively, the CLIENT will receive a 12% discount (the “BENEFIT”) for purchasing a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 products from the “Audio and Video” category available in Participating Authorized Stores at the time of purchase on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays during the PROMOTION period (“PRODUCT”), paying with any of the VISA credit or debit card BINs mentioned in numeral 6 of the T&C. This is subject to the CLIENT fulfilling all requirements and conditions indicated in these T&C.
2. Participating Authorized Stores: The Participating Authorized Stores for the PROMOTION are as follows:
   a. Online Channels:
   • Samsung ShopApp
   • Estore: https://www.samsung.com/co/
3. Products and Units: The products (hereinafter “PRODUCTS”) are as indicated below; however, the purchase of the PRODUCT is subject to its availability in the Participating Authorized Stores at the time of purchase. This includes any PRODUCT from the “Home Appliances”, “Monitors”, “Mobile”, and “Audio and Video” categories available in the Participating Authorized Stores at the time of purchase.
4. Clients: CLIENTS of the PROMOTION are defined as natural persons over 18 years of age and legal entities who are cardholders of the BINs detailed in numeral 6 of these T&C, who are up-to-date with their payments and/or obligations with the corresponding bank and whose credit card is not blocked.
5. Mechanics: CLIENTS can access the PROMOTION by accessing the online channels of the Participating Authorized Stores and acquiring the PRODUCT, within the PROMOTION dates, paying with any authorized method by each Participating Authorized Store to which the BENEFIT applies, as established in numeral 6 of these T&C.
   To access the PROMOTION, the CLIENT must follow this mechanic:
   a. The CLIENT will access the portal of the Participating Authorized Store, where they will select and add to their shopping cart their preferred PRODUCT from any reference in the “Mobile”, “Monitors”, “Home Appliances”, “Audio and Video” categories that is available.
   b. The CLIENT must proceed to the shopping cart page and continue to select the payment method.
   c. The CLIENT will be directed to the Mercado Pago page to select the payment method. The CLIENT must select any credit or debit card belonging to the VISA franchise as the payment method.
   d. Once the VISA payment method is selected, the CLIENT will see the BENEFIT of 10% or 12%, as applicable, reflected in the total amount to pay. The CLIENT must verify that the BENEFIT is indeed applied to the total amount payable.
6. Special Conditions of the BENEFIT: The BENEFIT will have the following special conditions:
   a. The BENEFIT is cumulative with current promotions that establish it as such.
   b. The BENEFIT can only be redeemed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays during the PROMOTION period.
   c. The holidays on which the PROMOTION can be applied are: August 7, August 8, August 18, October 13, November 3, November 17, December 8, December 25.
   d. The BENEFIT can only be redeemed once (1) per CLIENT.
   e. The CLIENT may include up to four (4) PRODUCTS and must make the purchase in a single (1) transaction for the BENEFIT to be applicable.
   f. Modifying the PRODUCTS or the selected payment method will result in the automatic loss of the BENEFIT.
   g. The BENEFIT is applicable for payments of PRODUCTS made with any of the following BINs:

IV. General Promotion Conditions

1. Upon acquiring the PROMOTION, the CLIENT will be deemed to have accepted in full everything indicated in these T&C.
2. Each Participating Authorized Store may determine, at its discretion, the prices of the PRODUCTS and the points of sale where the PROMOTION can be accessed, taking into account the applicable territory described in Section I “Identification of the Promotion” of these T&C.
3. In the case of participation via the online channel, each Participating Authorized Store may determine, at its discretion, the full conditions of mode, time, and place of shipment and delivery of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, as applicable. For this purpose, the CLIENT, before making their purchase, must contact the Participating Authorized Store where they intend to access the PROMOTION to obtain more information about the delivery and shipment of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS.
4. The CLIENT acknowledges and accepts that, in the event the BENEFIT is a product available in various colors, the Participating Authorized Stores will provide the CLIENT with the product in the color that is available.
5. The available units and references correspond to those indicated in this document; therefore, if they are exhausted prior to the dates indicated in these T&C, the PROMOTION will terminate.
6. The warranty applicable to the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will correspond to the quality warranty granted by SAMSUNG for each PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT, provided that SAMSUNG is the producer of these. If any PRODUCT or BENEFIT of the PROMOTION has a producer different from SAMSUNG, the warranty applicable will be that established by the producer of the PRODUCT or BENEFIT in question.
7. If the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal regarding the acquired PRODUCT, provided that such PRODUCT is subject to withdrawal, the CLIENT must return the PRODUCT along with the BENEFIT, if the latter has been delivered. The withdrawal conditions will apply as defined by law and according to the instructions established by each Participating Authorized Store.
8. The BENEFIT is not redeemable for cash, bank deposits, credit or debit card deposits, nor for any other transaction or benefit other than what is described in the T&C.
9. SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to the T&C at any time and for any reason, for which the updated T&C will be published on the page: https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/. It will be understood that by such publication, CLIENTS are notified and therefore, these conditions become applicable to the CLIENTS of the PROMOTION.
10. SAMSUNG and the Participating Authorized Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION and the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Consequently, in the event of any claim regarding the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, such claim will be handled through the SAMSUNG Call Center, via the WhatsApp number (+57) 3138698800, or through the customer service channels of each of the Participating Authorized Stores.
11. When one or all of the Participating Authorized Stores correspond to SAMSUNG's online channel, SAMSUNG commits to protecting the security of the personal information of the CLIENTS. For these purposes, SAMSUNG uses various security technologies and procedures that help protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. For example, personal information provided is stored in limited-access systems, located in controlled facilities. 12. When one or all of the Participating Authorized Stores correspond to a store other than SAMSUNG's online channel, the respective Participating Authorized Store where the PROMOTION is acquired will be responsible for the personal data collected by virtue of the PROMOTION, for which the CLIENT may consult the personal data protection policy of the Participating Authorized Store on its website. The Participating Authorized Stores commit to protecting the security of the personal information of the CLIENTS. For their part, SAMSUNG acts as the data controller for data collected by virtue of the PROMOTION, which is why their processing will be carried out in accordance with the personal data protection policy of the corresponding Participating Authorized Store.
13. These T&C respond to and comply with Colombian laws.
